Great location with comfortable beds and washer/dryer
Pros:

Beds were comfortable - including sofa bed. It was nice to have a washer/dryer (combo). Although there was a bit of a learning curve for us non- German speaking family. Instructions would be helpful.

Cons:

Only thing is it would be nice to have instruction for the washer/dryer for those who are not familiar with a combo unit.

Good but needs improvement
Pros:

The hotel was located near a shopping mall within walking distance (2 min). Breakfast was good but buffet arrangement was unusual. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Our room (703) needs deep clean, maintenance, and renovation.
1) deep clean:
Mirrors were smudged and chairs were heavily stained that we couldn’t sit on them. Hairdryer was extremely sticky and dirty, with strands of blonde hairs held together by a piece of sticky candy, you can’t imagine how disgusted I felt. Fortunately, I brought my own hairdryer with me. The shower floor needs good scrubbing.
2) maintenance:
The washer dryer had a problem and caused electrical circuit shutdown in our room. Maintenance staff came right away to check it but couldn’t fix it. I understand that, but that’s not what we paid for. We were not compensated for it.
3) renovation:
The shelf under the sink in the bathroom was left uninstalled and the wood was chipped.

Pros:

Chambre très grande, calme, propre, très bien équipée
Super petit déjeuner avec des mets salés qui varié tous les jours
Très bien situé à côté d'un centre commercial et de nombres lignes de tram/métro

Pros:

Die Zimmer, das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal war soweit freundlich. Hotel ist gut gelegen und ruhig.

Cons:

- Leider war die Bar nicht in Betrieb
- Musste mehrmals nachfragen (Online und Mail) um die korrekt ausgestellten Rechnungen zu erhalten. War aber im akzeptablen Rahmen.

Хороший, тихий район, рядом большой торговый центр. В номере есть всё необходимое.

Cons:

У нас не получилось отключить кондиционер и вечером дул холодный воздух, ночью кондиционер отключялся сам.

Not quite right
Pros:

Modern room.

Cons:

Bar was and still is used in marketing and PR and was a main reason for our choice.....BUT IT IS CLOSED! Simply deceptive marketing. Not good enough.

A quality hotel, but not the best location.
Pros:

Very luxurious. My father was so delighted at the breakfast he couldn't stop smiling. Comfortable beds, nice shower. Right next to the new shopping mall.

Cons:

They only clean the room every 3 days, so we had clutter of dishes, towels etc all over. Rather loud (it's downtown Frankfurt so to be expected). Not directly on a public transportation route, so you have to walk about 3 blocks to access the trolley. Not a very interesting location for restaurants or entertainment.
