nice hotel, but has to be clean.
Pros:

the stuff was very nice, that extended our check out time.

Cons:

Cleanness has to be improved...... I feel like the room was not cleaned before we checked in.

المكان جميل وبجانبه سوق تجد فيه كل ما تحتاج اليه ، لم تكن زيارتي الاولى لذلك عاودت السكن بالفندق ، طاقم العمل ودود جدا ، ويسعى الى مساعدتك ، الشقة بها كل ما تحتاج اليه حتى غسالة الملابس ، تستحق التجربة

Cons:

لا يوجد لديهم خدمة حمل الحقائب ، انت تأخذ حقائبك الى الاعلى ، لا أجد ذلك مناسب لفندق اربعة نجوم ، كما ان الصوفا بالصالة لم تكن نظيفه وكان فيها بعض البقع ايضا لم احب ذلك لانه فندقي المفضل اتمنى ان يهتموا بنظافة الصوفات

Pros:

Mein Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon. Die Küche war sauber. Das Frühstücks Buffet hat viel Auswahl und ist sehr lange offen. Unten in der Lobby kann man sich Getränke, Snacks und vieles mehr kaufen, jedoch ist der Preis etwas übertrieben.

Cons:

Das man für ein zweier Zimmer eine sehr kleine Couch bekommt. Der Preis der Snacks die unten in der Lobby verkauft werden.

Good location, don’t expect much though

Good location, good breakfast

Cons:

Arrived at 11:30pm. Had notified the hotel beforehand that we’d arrive at that time. When we got there, there were four other customers ahead of us, all waiting to check in. No staff to be seen. We tried to call the office, no one picked up. Eventually mr kuida came to check people in. No apologies, no nice words. After the second night, someone had spilt something sticky on the floor in front of the elevator. By the time we left, it still hadn’t been cleaned up.

距離法蘭克福火車站約十分鐘的距離，旅館旁邊就是商場，非常方便。房間很大，浴室也很大，還有洗烘衣機，值得推薦。

My room smells like sewage. The floors were very dirty. There were moldy leftovers in the fridge. There weren't even slippers in the room. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
