Pros:

Bien situé, proche de tout, tram, commerce, restauration. Appartement propre, avec tout de disponibles. Parking d'un grand centre commercial juste derrière l. Hôtel à 200m. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue pour décharger la voiture.

Love the washing machine in the room.
