Nice place, nice room. Recommended!
Pros:

Good location in Soi Buakhao. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Large fridge, good A/C. OK bathroom/ shower, good towels. Electric kettle +coffee sachets +free water. Balcony. TV with many channels but many not working. Friendly Reception/staff. Lift in the building. Wi-fi could be better.

Cons:

At the Check-in they wanted 1,000 Baht deposit which Booking.com didn't mention, eventually I didn't pay. Toiletries? Toilet paper +small soap.

Pros:

Location is great and even at the front it's not as loud as some of the reviews made out. At the back is quieter though (i've stayed in 2 different rooms). Great selection of channels on the tv although again the room at the back had better quality picture/channels. Receptionists are friendly. Check in and out is easy.

Cons:

Soundproofing between the rooms is poor. If someone is watching tv (or whatever) in the next room, you'll be hearing it.

Pros:

Excellent location for the nightlife. Beach in easy walking distance. Hotel has a lift for ease. Good firm beds that I like. Large fridge to store food and extra beers. Good housekeeping. Value for money. Charlie's bar and restaurant below, money exchange booth across the street. 7/11 and Tops on the corners for convenience food etc. Thai style of shower combined in the toilet/bathroom area but no issues.

Cons:

There was mould on the bathroom ceiling in the corner. But I was out most of the time and just ignored it and can't complain as I didn't tell hotel staff. Everything else was fine for the money.

Great location with big comfy rooms .
Pros:

Been here before so I knew to book a bigger room at the back so it was quieter . Clean big comfy rooms , daily cleaning and hot water . Some rooms are a bit dated with a bath but not a problem for me . The location is excellent with good food options all around , and close to all the main bar areas .

Raisonnement confortable pour le prix. Très bien placé à proximité de la partie la plus animée de soi Buakhao, mais assez loin pour ne pas entendre la musique des bars jusqu'à 2 heures du matin.
