It was fine for a late check in stay on our way to our villa.
Pros:

The location was good for a late arrival to Bali

Cons:

For breakfast I requested tea which came in a cup of not very hot water and no milk. You couldn’t make tea as the water wasn’t hot enough to steep the tea bag.

WONDERFUL STAY
Pros:

Well we're do we start.What a pleasant week we had in South Kuta.Staying at Fairfield by Marriott was just Devine.All the staff were just amazing.So helpful and genuinely kind it made our stay amazing Breakfast was excellent and service was at least 5 star.Thanks especially to Franklyn who was a multi Property General Manager who said Hi nearly everyday ,Agus,Ms Tya,Merta and Ayu and many others that made our breakfast so pleasant. I would give you 10 star for your smiles and pleasantness everyday.We stayed in 3 hotels in Bali and 1 in Kuala Lumpur and we rated you and your hotel the best.

Best hotel ever!
Pros:

I like everything about this hotel. Convenient to go anywhere from here to canggu seminyak legian. Lots of restaurant around the area, lots of spas and mini mart around the area as well. The reception were wonderful they were so polite. My mother in law had a car sickness, they even gave me a complimentary porridge and ginger tea. I was so grateful for that. Thank you fairfield team! I will definitely stay here again next.

Great hotel near the airport
Pros:

Good communication before arrival. Friendly staff at check-in. Perfect room and bathroom. Very good breakfast. Lots of good Indian restaurants next to the hotel. Also convenience stores. We chose it because of the proximity to the airport

Amazing stay made extra special by the incredible team!
Pros:

Honestly, the hospitality here is top-notch. Big thanks to Ayu, Masmi, Andri, Ulan, and Wulan for making our stay so memorable. From check-in to breakfast, they were just wonderful—always smiling, super warm, and genuinely happy to help with anything.

On top of the great service, the room was spotless and perfectly hygienic. Kudos to the Chef, F&B Manager, and the GM for running such a tight ship and maintaining great standards. Keep doing what you do, team! See you all very soon.

Right where you need to be.
Pros:

Great location for surf and city life. Walking distance pretty much everywhere. The staff were amazing all over. Both from desk, kitchen, dining and room service. Our door to the balcony was not the best sound proof but that did not stop us from having a relaxing welcoming stay and we will sure stay there in the very near future.

Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

The Marriott Fairfield in Kuta is clean, comfortable and a very good place to stay. Great rooftop swimming pool and bar. The restaurant has very good food. The staff are friendly and helpful. Recommend.
