Right where you need to be.
Pros:

Great location for surf and city life. Walking distance pretty much everywhere. The staff were amazing all over. Both from desk, kitchen, dining and room service. Our door to the balcony was not the best sound proof but that did not stop us from having a relaxing welcoming stay and we will sure stay there in the very near future.

Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

The Marriott Fairfield in Kuta is clean, comfortable and a very good place to stay. Great rooftop swimming pool and bar. The restaurant has very good food. The staff are friendly and helpful. Recommend.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. For the price paid, this was genuinely one of the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
To preface, I didn’t expect much from my stay - just wished for a quiet place, a comfy bed, a hot shower, close to the airport and a place to watch a movie before my flight the next day.
To start off, the walls are paper thin, and noise restrictions are not maintained for guests. I didn't get a second of sleep because the noise was relentless from people running up and down the hallways, yelling and partying. The bed and pillows were some of the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced. No hot water available. The TV has no streaming service / not a smart TV so it’s local TV or nothing. In the morning, reception couldn’t even book me a taxi to the airport. so I would never stay here again and couldn't recommend it to anyone looking for even a basic night's rest.

リーズナブルなクラスのホテルだと思うけど従業員の皆さんはとても良く訓練されていてサービスがよかったです。ここの前に泊まった五ツ星のホテルよりスタッフのサービスは良かったぐらいです。
I think it's a reasonably priced hotel, but the staff were very well-trained and provided excellent service. The staff service was even better than at the five-star hotel I stayed at before.

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices. What made our stay truly special was the outstanding service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They took great care of us and made sure our children were comfortable throughout our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel very welcome.
