Pros:

In the heart of Jubail City. No private parking. You have to rely on paid public parking.

Very poorly trained service staff. Housekeeping was poor. They didn't provide towels.
When we asked for it, there was no positive response.

Usee harsh words to drive us out at around 1.00 pm though checkout was at 2.00 pm

Great property for business travel and long stay
Pros:

It was a good hotel for stay right in the center of city and close to various type resturants
Great location
Quiet atmosphere
Be sure you to get sun facing or sea facing room as there are rooms without a window too

overall good but needs little more care.
Pros:

Breakfast quality good even for vegetarians. Room Space is less compared to their own hotel Khalifa Tower and no chair in the room makes it difficult for business traveller to work. Room cleaning service does not occur on its own. However, once you tell them, they will follow, mostly. Tiles in room 308 have gone down below the floor level due to weight of the bed which is very bad. Location wise very good as food is available nearby. They need to supply heater during winter which is missing. Though the hotel advertisement says late check out is available, the reception is very very reluctant to grant more than 1 hour of late check out despite request made at the time of booking via hotels.com
