Our stay was simply amazing ! From the very first moment we arrived and were welcome by Alba and the team to the very last moment we sadly left ! The advise, the little tips, we followed them all ... and experienced Sevila to the very best. Special thanks to Alba for all the tips, her profesionamism and to Samuel for the wonderful cocktail at the hotel bar. The atmosphere was welcoming, calm, the impressive room ... Everything gt Mike a VIP experience ! We loved it and we will come back ! Thank you to the amazing team !

Wonderful 8 night stay at the Mercer Sevilla. The hotel is beautiful, modern and very confortable. The swimming pool on the roof is a plus. The breakfasts were delicious and the bar is a must do. Perfectly located in the city. The staff is very kind, efficient and helpful and provided us with many useful recommendations. We will be back!

I had the most amazing stay at the Mercer Hotel Seville. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming and so very helpful. As it was mine and my mums first time in Seville they provided so many wonderful recommendations for tourist attractions and good food places to eat at. I can honestly say it was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was lovely and very clean. The location is excellent with all major attractions being about 5-20mins walk from the hotel. It was also very nice to practice speaking Spanish with the team. I would absolutely recommend and if I’m ever in Seville again this is the only place I’d stay.

The Mercer Hotel is honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. A beautiful old building that has been styled elegantly, the bar, restaurant and lobby areas are a calm oasis from the Seville heat. But it’s the staff that make this an extraordinary place. Everyone we came into contact with was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Special mention must go to Lucia and Pablo who truly made our stay memorable with suggestions for visits and eating out (although definitely don’t miss having a meal at the restaurant at the Mercer, it was really special and the food was outstanding!) The breakfast was the best start to a day sightseeing (and then cool beers in a tapas bar!) Nothing was too much trouble during our stay and all the staff from housekeeping to the reception ensured we had the best few days in this most beautiful city. We are already looking forward to returning!

Small, private, 11-room boutique hotel with the feeling of exclusivity and first class service. And right in the heart of Seville near many of the main tourist sites.

My family (two children and I) booked the Mercer Sevilla on very short notice, with virtually no prior research—and I cannot overstate how delighted we were with every aspect of our stay.

From the moment we arrived, the quality of our suite was immediately apparent. The finishing throughout is nothing short of exceptional—meticulous restoration work that honours the building's historic character while delivering every modern luxury you could wish for. Spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, it felt far more like a private palace than a hotel room.

What truly sets this property apart, however, is the service. Despite our last-minute booking, the team delivered an incredibly intimate and personalised experience. Every staff member we encountered was attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable—nothing was ever too much trouble.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a superb selection of high-quality local produce, freshly prepared to order, which set us up perfectly for days of sightseeing. And the location could not be more convenient—just a short stroll from the Cathedral, the Alcázar, and the vibrant charm of the old town, yet wonderfully peaceful within the hotel's walls.

We arrived with no expectations and left completely impressed. The Mercer Sevilla is a true five-star experience in every sense, and I would highly recommend it to any family or discerning traveller seeking both elegance and heartfelt hospitality in Seville.

Everything about our stay at this hotel was WONDERFUL! First and foremost, the employees are top notch. Proactive and incredibly friendly and accommodating. They make great suggestions and they follow through on what they tell you they will do. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location is perfect — walkable to almost everything we wanted to see and do. Loved it!!

The Mercer Hotel is a beautiful, intimate property with only 11 rooms, which gives it a very small and personal feel. We chose the hotel largely on the recommendation of our travel agent because of its five-star status, great location, and pool, which was important since we were traveling with our 8-year-old. The hotel is tucked away on a mostly residential street without nearby restaurants, which made it feel hidden from the noise of the central part of the city while still being an easy walk to all the major sites. The facilities were lovely, and the location was excellent. We did experience an issue with our room the first night, but the staff did everything in their power to remedy the situation and ultimately upgraded us to a larger room, which we really appreciated. Everyone we interacted with was extremely welcoming and kind. My only feedback is that because the hotel is so small, staffing is limited—housekeeping leaves at 9 p.m., and the restaurant staff also assist with check-in and luggage. The food options were also somewhat limited for a child, likely because the kitchen is quite small. Overall, it is a lovely boutique hotel with wonderful service, especially well-suited for travelers looking for a quiet, intimate stay in a fantastic location.

Amazing service! The hotel room was great, and the highlight was the incredible staff! They were so attentive and accommodating. Pablo and Alba in particular both helped us so much! And the rooftop pool + hotel breakfast were both great! We came here for our honeymoon and had the best time!

This is by far my favorite hotel I have ever visited. It was centrally located and absolutely beautiful. They have done a wonderful job marrying the old building with modern updates. But the best part is the staff. They are friendly and attentive to your every need. Hasta la proxima, Mercer Hotel!

Very well-situated hotel with gorgeous rooms and super comfortable beds. Bartender made the absolute BEST sangrias we had on our entire trip. Concierge Pablo did a fabulous job getting reservations to flamenco, dinner, and printing tickets. He was even able to sort out our ferry ride to Tangier and print out all the tickets. My only complaint is breakfast -- served in an almost BLACK room and overly fancy. The lobby & courtyard are huge and beautiful; it's a shame to eat breakfast in a small, dark room off to the side.
