Hotel Mercer Sevilla 5 GL

We have been fortunate to stay at hundreds of hotels over the years. This is one of the very best and possibly THE best when it comes to their amazing staff who all went out of their way to help. This beautiful and spacious building only has 11 guest rooms so the level of attention given to guests is quite extraordinary. The decor is tasteful, the mood is peaceful and the location is perfect - just a short walk from all the major attractions but tucked away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Highly recommend.

The hotel is superb in terms of location and food.

Special mention must go to the hotel staff and, above all, to Pablo, who managed to get us bookings at places with long waiting lists.

Our family had an outstanding stay at the Mercer Sevilla. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and truly personalized. The hotel is beautiful, with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury, and the attention to detail throughout the property is exceptional.

The location is fantastic—walking distance to Seville’s major attractions, restaurants, and shopping, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and exclusive. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable.

What really set the experience apart was the staff. Every team member went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, offering great recommendations and ensuring everything was seamless. Traveling with family can sometimes be challenging, but the Mercer made it effortless.

We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, and Mercer Sevilla stands out for its service, atmosphere, and overall experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special stay in Seville.

I landed from long haul flight form Denpasar - Istanbul - Seville at 18 May 26. I have done my Hotel Mercer check in at around 12.30 pm. The front desk staff (his name is Pablo) welcoming me with his warming and friendly, I felt like in my hometown.... then I went around for coffee and snack. The vibe so comfort, it caused loss of my vigilances. I forgot to lock my bag. I shocked realizing my wallet was stolen (credit card etc. inside), someone did pick-pocket.

I backed to hotel, panicked and told Pablo. He helping me with his best efforts and finally found the person who kept my wallet. We walked around 20 minutes, Pablo escorting me and tried to calmed me. The result : I got back my wallet with all cards safely & securely, recovered..!! Thank you so much Pablo and Mercer Hotel for this excellences hospitalization.... I will not forgot this memories.

My wife and I stayed for three nights to celebrate her birthday as well as our wedding anniversary. I can honestly say that the experience exceeded our expectations. The front office team did an outstanding job especially Samuel who was our main point of contact. Everything was perfectly arranged, and the thoughtful compliments and surprises were a wonderful touch that made our stay truly unforgettable.
We particularly enjoyed spending time in the lobby. The central fountain, combined with the abundance of flowers, created a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere that my wife couldn’t get enough of. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, where our celebration was once again acknowledged with a lovely surprise.
I can highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone who values high standards, attention to detail, and excellent service.

Sehr sauber und komfortabel

Staff were excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable. We had one late lunch at the Restaurant which was fabulous.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights as we were visiting Seville. This was our first time in Spain as well as Seville together. The hotel is a renovated previous private home and it still maintains a lot of beautiful touches including a winding marble staircase. It is also cutely decorated with homages to Spanish matadors.

We absolutely loved our time here. Breakfast was really special each morning and you can feel the effort that they put into it. The location was great and we walked to anything we wanted to get to. The room was clean, comfortable and well furnished.

The best piece was probably the staff. They were all excellent and courteous and went out of their way to meet our needs. Overall, this is a great place to stay while exploring Seville. Next time we find ourselves here, we will find ourselves at Mercer!

It was the most beautiful hotel in Sevilla plus service

Amazing hotel an oasis of luxurious elegance and relaxing calm in such a vibrant city ! We loved everything from the moment we arrived the team on reception were so welcoming and throughout our stay they delivered 5 star service but most importantly it was so genuine and authentic their care of guests and wanting above all that we had a memorable stay We did ! Our room and breakfast all superb we will return !
