televisão parecia ser da guerra de 14, funcionárias tentaram abrir a porta pelas 9h da manhã sem bater à porta, sendo que o check-out é até às 11h. a varanda é capaz de ser muito bonita mas inacessível… não dá para abrir a janela. quanto à piscina, parecia que a água já não era mudada desde o verão passado, cheia de bichos e areia no fundo. jardim com bom espaço, mas aparenta estar abandonado com erva mal cuidada, o pé até até afunda. portão sempre aberto, aparentemente partido… se os vizinhos quiserem dar um mergulho ou estacionar o carro, estão à vontade porque ficou sempre tudo aberto. barulho de manhã até à noite. horrível.

Wonderful stay, can really recommend it
Pros:

What a wonderful place. We can very much recommend staying here when you visit the island. We had a one-bedroom apartment with a view on the garden and pool. It was incredibly tranquil. The apartment is new and really clean, with a comfortable bed and nice kitchen. There's free parking on the property. The views out the back of the building, over the Atlantic, are stunning. You can enjoy them very well from the shared roof terrace. And finally, the staff are amazing, so helpful and sweet, we felt very welcome. Will definitely be back when we revisit Sao Miguel.

Wonderful ocean views from my apartment , very nice apartment, very comfortable bed , quiet , little coastal hiking trail right in front of the house , attentive staff ( I never met them , but very responsive via what's app/ email. Beautiful sunset , too

Er was een verbouwing aan de gang. Ballustrade van balkon was vies. Goedkoper materialen in de kamer (douche / ijstkast / koffiemachine etc)
