夜到着で翌日はトレインストリート観光のために選びました。立地は良いです。
ただし、蚊が多く何度も刺されて悩まされました。
隣は工事をしており、早朝からうるさかったです。
We came back for the location and the friendly staff
Unfortunately this time were construction works literally under our balcony, and they went through both nights, so it was almost impossible to rest. But is not in the hands of the staff.
It's a really good location for Hanoi
My room stunk like sewerage discharge, and the premises is a lot dirtier than the photos looked. I was also unable to block hallway light from coming into my room all night. I would expect a stay like this to be half the price.
Location essentially located near all
A lot of the building and room was in need of a lot of repairs and renovations.
The pictures that are shown on Expedia do not reflect in actual real world conditions. The front entrance area is dirty, run down and small/crowded. The hallways are also small and rundown, carpets are in need of changing, walls need patching up and painting. Family rooms need a major reno especially the bathroom. Sewer smell from the bathroom, caulking has black stuff on it(maybe mold) and water pressure ok to non existent. Shower area had a issue before my stay and they never patched the ceiling area around the pipes. Trang was most helpful in arranging to have us move to 2 seperate rooms at no extra cost. Those rooms were better. Thank you Trang. David was also very helpful. The location is excellent as the train street is very close(1 minute walk and lots of places to eat food) but the overall condition of the hotel is bad. They say that the hotel was built in 2016 but it looks like it's been in use for decades. I would look for somewhere else close by to stay in next time.

Very noisy at night well into the morning. Hard to get a good night’s sleep.
Location was good. Near train street and nice restaurants. Walking distance to everything.
Room was not like the pictures. It was cold and dreary. Most electrical plugs didn’t work. Strong sewage smell from the bathroom drains. This was somewhat rectified by cleaning staff during our stay but it was still off putting.
There was construction going on next door during our stay which woke us quite early every morning.
Balcony area is nothing like pictures. Quite dirty and run down. Corridor and elevator area also quite dirty.
This hotel is quite comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. I felt comfortable around tourists, hotels close to stores, eateries, ATMs, and everything else that was secure. This hotel is the greatest.
