Excellent city hotel in a great location. 25 min walk from the old quarter or a short grab ride.
Breakfast was well thought through with a bit of everything you need for a busy day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned daily. Shampoo and conditioner were provided along with body wash.

L'accueil du réceptionniste est top! Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bon (3 plats au choix). La chambre est confortable et avec une baignoire! Très appréciable après 3 semaines sur les routes! Environnement calme aussi très appréciable !
L'emplacement est à 30mn (à pied) du vieux quartier. Si vous n'êtes pas gros marcheurs avec grab c'est 10mn
Le personnel était très souriant, et gentil. La literie était incroyable et le petit déjeuner très complet.

This hotel is an oasis of calm in the city! Our room, without balcony, at the back/side of the hotel and this was probably the quietest hotel in our 5 weeks in Vietnam. Well equipped comfortable rooms, plenty of hot water, tea coffee, fridge, shampoo and conditioner. The staff are such friendly, helpful nice people. Breakfast is interesting, you can have eggs or traditional, fruit, yoghurt, juice, coffee all served at the table, great service from the breakfast team! Location out of the old town suited us, a bit less manic, but cheap grabs available to explore the city.
The Blue Hanoi Hotel is situated in the French Quarter which is central and yet less hectic than the Old Quarter. I loved the staff, the room was very spacious and the hotel was very clean. I also felt safe.

Location is great. Right on the road and very easily reachable by car. The room is spacious and clean with large washrooms. All facilities are available. Walking distance from old quarter. Best part is the room is very well maintained with clean sheets and towels. Would definitely recommend this. Really good value for budget.

Comfortable, no frills hotel that served us perfectly during our stopover in Hanoi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Soundproofing was good as we were technically facing the street but on the 7th floor it was nice and quiet. The neighborhood seems a typical Hanoi area and we enjoyed enjoyed pho, a vegetarian restaurant (1 of 3 in the area), KFC and a clothing shop all within steps of the hotel. Getting to the tourist area was a long walk or a quick and easy taxi ride.
Traveling with a teenage son means that the 9 am cutoff for breakfast on weekdays is a bit early.
The staff at Blue Hanoi made the stay excellent. They were incredibly friendly and had wonderful recommendations for the area. The room was also incredibly clean and quiet, and very comfortable for my 5 night stay.
