Great value for money, very comfortable stay. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Pleasantly surprised and appreciative of the attention to detail they placed in the cleanliness of the accommodation. Lovely selection of home-cooked breakfast daily. Wonderfully accommodating as one of our travellers was unwell and they prepared snacks for us. Even though there was only 1 lift, there were no issues with waiting.

Cons:

Everything was good, there was nothing we didn't like.

Pros:

Ein sehr ruhiges und schönes hotel von einer sehr netten familie geführt.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Vom frühstücksraum hat man einrn schönen blick auf die stadt.
Die klimaallage funktioniert gut und Preislich ist es auch unschlagbar.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un bon endroit pour atterrir au Vietnam et s’adapter doucement à la ville d’Hanoï.

Quiet location, great helpful staff, clean comfortable room.
Pros:

The rooms were a reasonable size and very clean, the bed was super comfortable. The location was good, you can walk to the lake in about twenty minutes. Then we got a Grab back which was about $2-3 AUD. The room was well insulated and quiet.

Perhaps breakfast could have a little more variety and choice

Clean and lovely hotel short walk from all the busy areas
Pros:

Room was clean, bathroom was spotless. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was different but a good amount to start the day.

Not suitable if you are looking to be in the hotspot of Hanoi

Excellent city hotel in a great location. 25 min walk from the old quarter or a short grab ride.
Breakfast was well thought through with a bit of everything you need for a busy day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned daily. Shampoo and conditioner were provided along with body wash.

どんな要望にも快く対応してくれるとっても親切なホテルマンたちでした。
朝ごはんもとっても美味しい。旧市街地から少し離れているため、騒がしすぎずちょうどいい。

Pros:

L'accueil du réceptionniste est top! Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bon (3 plats au choix). La chambre est confortable et avec une baignoire! Très appréciable après 3 semaines sur les routes! Environnement calme aussi très appréciable !

Cons:

L'emplacement est à 30mn (à pied) du vieux quartier. Si vous n'êtes pas gros marcheurs avec grab c'est 10mn
