除了廁所空間真的偏小外，沒什麼缺點。環境整潔度給滿分，第一天剛好入住有遇到老闆本人，居然是台灣人!!! 附近機能也很好～推薦！

Pros:

Der Twin Room war schön eingerichtet und die Betten bequem. Platz zum Öffnen eines großen Koffers war ausreichend vorhanden (keine Selbstverständlichkeit in Tokio). Im 5. Stock gibt es einen Aufbackofen für Brötchen - sehr praktisch, da kein Frühstück angeboten wird. Dafür gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine mit Gratis-Kaffee, der wirklich sehr gut ist.
Das Personal ist super nett.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage bläst leider direkt auf die Betten. Die Decken waren für täglich rund 35 Grad in Tokio viel zu dick.

房間非常乾淨！離上野御徒町或上野廣小路站也都非常近，附近還有很多藥妝店、餐廳或便利商店和超市，離阿美橫町也是走五分鐘左右就到了，真的非常方便～～～雖然空間真的有點小，但依這樣的價錢及地點已經非常優秀了！

The staff was very nice and welcoming and you could leave your luggage there before and after checking in. It’s a nice area.

Cons:

Its smelled like cigarettes even though its a non smoking hotel and I went to mention it to staff and they recommended putting on the A/C that has a filter which didn’t do anything. I couldn’t sleep comfortably because it smelled so bad.
It’s very small. You can’t open your luggage comfortably.

hôtel pratique et bien situé
Pros:

Hôtel pratique, bien situé ( situé à 5-10 min à pied de la station Okachimachi, ligne Yamanote JR ), avec de très nombreuses commodités ( konbinis, restaurants ) à proximité. Je dois reconnaître que la chambre "petite chambre double" était effectivement petite, surface exigüe et fenêtre très modeste, opaque, à ne pas recommander aux personnes claustrophobes - mais les autres chambres, entraperçues le matin lors du ménage, semblaient bien. Personnel très accueillant et disponible, aucun souci.

Pros:

Le personnel parle anglais!!
Ils nous ont aidé alors que nous étions en retard en organisant notre depart en taxi! Merci beaucoup

Cons:

L’hotel en soi est correct, il est placé entre plusieurs sortie de metro. Mais il faut quand meme marcher avant d’y accéder.
Un peu reculer de toute animation

Pros:

An extremely comfortable room, with enough space for our backpacks, a kettle and tea. Perfect for a short stay, although I wish we'd stayed longer than 1 night! If I come back to Tokyo I will certainly stay here. Very conveniently located near the metro and not noisy at all.
