Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Paul House Hotel! The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our visit. A lovely touch: free water and coffee at reception, perfect for the mornings. The room was impeccably clean, and the location couldn't be better. Highly recommended!

駅周辺は深夜までやってるお店もあり、夜の飛行機で日本着、翌日の新幹線のために1泊した私たちにはご飯を食べるところがあったのがありがたかった。

Cons:

東京だから仕方ないかもしれないが、狭い！
シャワーも大きい人は身動きが取れないくらいの狭さ。
本当に翌日の新幹線のために寝るだけに泊まったので良かったですが、長居はできない感じです。

A good hotel
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff was excellent; they spoke good English. The family room is spacious and has everything you need.
The location is good; a 7-Eleven, supermarket, McDonald’s, and metro- and train stations are all within walking distance.

There is no coffee machine in the room and missing a ice machine in the lobby to make iced coffee.

Idéal pour visiter Tokyo !
Pros:

Petit hôtel au calme et à deux pas de la Yamanote. Chambre très bien conçue et équipée, literie parfaite. Le personnel très accueillant et aidant. Nous y sommes restés 6 nuits.

Small, tidy, clean hotel which looked new
Pros:

Staff on the desk was very helpful and efficient. He also provided a loan power adapter which we desperately needed. The room was a good size and the beds were separated from the longe area. The shower was in its own small room but was big enough for my husband who is on the taller/larger size. The location was excellent and only cost 8AUD for a taxi from Ueno station (we were too tired to walk) and it was a very easy walk back to the station. We only stayed one night so didn’t venture too far for dining but it is a very nice area with good atmosphere.

Cons:

The beds were a little on the hard side and the pillows were very hard as well. Not a deal breaker given we were only there one night.

リーズナブルあんどコンフォタブル！
Pros:

お部屋が私の好きな簡素で清潔感のある無印良品テイストで，無駄なものはないけど必要なものは揃っている、という感じでした。まるで自分の理想のお部屋に帰ってきたみたいな感覚があったので、ホテルというよりは東京の自分の居場所？みたいな感覚でした❣️また利用したいです^_^2泊したので掃除機借りて掃除できたら気持ちいいよな、とか思ってしまいました〜^_^

Cons:

強いて言えば、床が硬かったので、スリッパがペランペランですぐ脱げちゃう使い捨てのだったのが気になると言えば気になるけど、やはりちゃんとしたスリッパとかだとコスパが悪いのか⁇
