The cancellation of the reservation was unacceptable. I will no longer use their facility.
Cons:

Treebo did not keep to the terms and conditions of my confirmed booking through Booking.Com. The company cancelled my reservation. There were no rooms available, and I had to find alternative accommodation.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent stay! The Front Office staff were very cooperative, courteous, and helpful throughout. Prime location with easy access to everything. Would definitely recommend.

It was satisfactory
Pros:

Did not have breakfast as I had to leave early. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

Lighting in the room is poor. Getting dressed for an event is difficult.
Too much noise at night from people who come in late night. That is disturbing.
I wanted my room to be cleaned when I was out in the day. It did not happen.
