Good location but rude & unprofessional staff
Pros:

Very good location & very close to the sacred phra that phranom but very rude and professional staff who initially did not provide a receipt for a cash payment when we booked an additional room. The staff reluctantly provided a receipt when we insisted on one but the information was very lacking that is no name, no details of what the payment is for & simply stated the total and cash.
Due to the hotel's unprofessional and rude staff and the lack of transparency in providing the receipt I will not stay at this hotel again .

โดยรวมใช้ได้ค่ะ ใกล้วัดพระธาตุพนม แต่ขอให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องกลิ่นในห้องน้ำ อาจจะเป็นเพราะระบบท่อ ส่งกลิ่นเหม็นมาก ไปพักหลายห้องเป็นเกือบทุกห้องค่ะ
