The staff was very pleasant throughout our stay. The hotel is very slick and clean. It is right near the Democracy Monument circle and close to many major attractions. Great stay!

25 minutes walk to Grand Palace, 10 minutes walk to Khao San Road.

The location was perfect for us.

Room was comfortable, a/c worked well, safe in room which was nice, beds comfortable and staff was friendly. The location is just ok to major attractions. 20 minute walk to most or about 100 bath ( approximately $3) by tuk tuk to attractions. Area around the hotel felt safe

I really enjoyed the stay for two nights! The room is way more cleaner then I thought, the location is the best. 5 minutes walk to khaosan road, 5 minutes walk to ferry station which takes me directly to siam square, and below 10 minutes walk to the famous phat thai store, thipsamai. Really good hotel really good value for money . The hotel is very new and clean and close to khaosan rd but not too close so you don't get all the noise . Staff are really helpful they will arrange anything for you , like taxis and tours . And the hotel is walking distance from most of the sites . You really can't go wrong for the price per night .

Good hotel, tidy and decent facilities, clean room and good value for money. Not much in the way of care for customers however, I booked an airport taxi pick up prior to arrival. When we got to BKK at 1am, the taxi wasn't there. We had to make alternative arrangements in order to get to hotel. Mentioned when we got there but there was little acknowledgement or explanation as to why no one had picked us up. Didn't hear about it again our whole stay, little frustrating and not a great first impression.

Great location , close enough to khao San road without the noise . Reasonably priced for a newer hotel . The beds were incredibly comfortable

This hotel was excellent. We got a beautiful clean room. The staff was very nice and very helpful. It was close to khao San road (less than 5 minute walk) and the grand palace. Overall very excellent. One thing that was a con was trying to get back to this hotel. The area (democracy monument) can get very congested so a lot of taxis refused us service.
Overall, I would definitely reccomend this hotel for everyone, couples, families, and backpackers. The surrounding area is very quiet at night so you will get a good nights sleep.

The hotel is fairly new and in a great location if you're looking to be close to the "old city." It is less than a 10 minute walk from Khao San Road and 2KM from The Grand Palace.

The room and bathroom were very clean, there was a safe and small fridge in the room. The only difficulty we had was in communicating with staff. We only had two days in the city and were hoping that the front desk could suggest a sightseeing plan but unfortunately they had difficulty in understanding what we needed.
