​Ich hatte einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das Personal: Alle waren überaus freundlich und fachlich sehr kompetent. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt und bei Fragen wurde mir direkt und unkompliziert geholfen. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für den tollen Service! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Ottima posizione, bella piscina sul tetto, personale gentile e accogliente, lo consiglio, un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

La colazione è da rivedere, menú alla carte molto povero, non includerei ancora la colazione se tornassi in questo hotel

A good stay, friendly staff, quiet but near night life and short walk to beach. A excellent place apart from the balcony

Es ist mir ein Rätsel, wie andere Gäste das Frühstück in diesem Haus mit Klasse bewerten ich fand es unterirdisch, aber gut so jeder seine Meinung ich würde es nicht mehr buchen das ganze Hotel inklusive Frühstück

Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen aber ohne Frühstück.
Pros:

Die Dusche war super.
Die Matratze war okay zum schlafen.
Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt.
Kleiner Pool auf dem Dach fand ich sehr schön.

Cons:

Jeden Abend konnte man den Ton vom TV unseres Nachbarn hören.
Der Kaffee war geschmacklich jeden Tag anders und teilweise für mich ungenießbar.

Pros:

Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise ok - aber nicht länger.

Cons:

Haus sehr hellhörig. Sogar im 3. Stock Aussicht nur auf verdreckte Hinterhöfe. Speiseraum fast ohne Tageslicht. Alle Extras beim Frühstück (zB Müsli 100 Bath und zB Spiegelei) mussten extra bezahlt werden.

Everything worked. Solid and stolid overall
Pros:

A perfectly straightforward middle of the toad urban hotel. Everything worked, pretty comfortable, well organised, some nice touches likee we newspapers and a book collection

Breakfast was ok but not exciting, rather like the whole experience there - a real sense of an intensely respectable 1980’s hotel in Surbiton…
