Exceptional! Thank you for making our auntie & nephew trip unforgettable
Pros:

Everything! The staff and property are amazingly good, delivering more than I expected on flexibility. Perfect for a short stay in the center of Hanoi. I thought it was more business-focused, but it turned out my nephew and I also had a great time. Definitely coming back when I'm around.

スタッフはとても親切な一方、設備の老朽化が気になる
Pros:

2回目の利用です。日本語を話せるスタッフがたくさんいて皆さん非常に親切です。今回は設備の老朽化が少し気になりました。浴槽に割れがあったり、シャワーを使用した際の浴槽外への水漏れが少しストレスでした。ただ、スタッフの方々は本当に素晴らしいです。

深夜到着便のため寝るだけ目的で一泊しました。設備のコンディションは古い所もあるけど、この値段なら許容範囲です。利用できる時間は限られてますが大浴場があるのは高評価、スタッフさんも丁寧である程度日本語も通じるので安心感があります。客層は日本からの出張ビジネスマンが多いのかな。客室は狭いです。
