Entspricht ganz und gar nicht den Bildern. Alles ist schimmelig, sogar die Bettdecken. Der Pool grün und vergammelt. Ich sagte ich sein unzufrieden und dann wurde mir genau das gleiche schlechte Zimmer angeboten. Als ich sagte ich würde dort nicht bleiben auf Grund des ganzen Schimmels gab man mir zwar mein Bargeld zurück, aber der Besitzer bestand darauf, dass ich über booking storniere, damit sie sich die Gebühr einbehalten können. Wirkt für mich alles wie eine Masche.

Good price and good size room

Cons:

I would not recommend Unity Villa. The main gate was constantly padlocked, and the hosts would take the key, which meant we were often locked in or locked out with no way to come and go freely. It felt restrictive and unsafe. On top of that, the man who ran the place was always walking around topless, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unprofessional. The pool was also so dirty that it couldn’t be used at all, which was really disappointing given it was one of the main reasons we booked. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay.

The pool was green the day that I arrived, like marsh. After few days I saw some kids swim in (I hope they are fine) and then the pool was kinda clean.
The room had a window above the bed that had no inner glass doors, just the blinders that didn't close as they were broken. I was afraid that the mice from the backyards will climb into my room. The bed was full of ants, I sprayed it everyday with the lotion that I had for bugs.
I stayed 6 nights in total, they never cleaned the room, I had to ask for even new towels or toilet paper.
The owner was kinda audacious. Asking weird questions about personal things, crossing boundaries as I the only time that I spoked to him was on check in. Spent almost half of my nights sleeping at my friends and he was asking me if I had a "happy" night.

Great place, perfect price/quality ratio
Pros:

Prijs-kwaliteit was top. We konden fietsen lenen en waren zo in t centrum. Verder was het zwembad heerlijk.

Cons:

Je moet niet te kritisch zijn, maar voor dit geld is dit een prima stek.
