Slightly dilapidated building
L’emplacement était bon et le petit déjeuner
Le rapport qualité-prix laisse vraiment à désirer. La piscine et la salle ne donnent pas accès à la salle de sport ni aux toilettes. Les lits de la chambre sont extrêmement durs, et la douche ne coule pas correctement. De manière générale, la chambre est vieillissante et nécessiterait plusieurs améliorations, surtout compte tenu du prix élevé.

Very little to like the room
Very little to like the room did not have towels, the safe did not work, and the air conditioner broke halfway through my stay. I had to ask for everything to be fixed.
Very central hotel. Lovely swimming pool. Bed was comfortable and the room big and cool, though somewhat tired in the decor. The new shower was the best so far in Sri Lanka - proper pressure and warm to boot!!
The breakfasts were lovely - buffet style, hot and tasty. There was a lot of shouting going on in the kitchen which made for a very funny Fawlty Towers breakfast - everytime the waitress came out she was as cool as a cucumber, but when she went back, merry hell would break out!!!!!
The pool said "out of order" but we got in anyway and it was fine. No gym or sauna, as was advertised.
The "balcony" was a thin strip outside the patio doors - only just big enough to hang your towels on the wall.
Location was good right in the middle of town
I walked into my room after a long trip, and most of the things didn’t work. Like the safe, there was no hot water, the air conditioner broke after day one and rather than give me another room they sent three or four guys up for two or three hours to fix it.
I had to ask for towels and soap which were not there. A rather disappointing room.
I would never go back. I wasn’t expecting five star standards, but this barely made a two stars. Also to mention on my last morning there was a knock on my door at 5:30 in the morning only to find a woman who, how should I put it, looked like a sex worker.

was too unclean. full of dust and broken furnitures. broken A/c. we wanted a room change immediately. but they didn’t respond to us. I never recommend this hotel at any cost. very nasty swimming pool
very dirty. the main reason for booking was for the pool that was out of action. breakfast was meant to be included in the price but they charged me for it. the price they charge does not reflect the service received.. I have been travelling Sri Lanka for 3 months and this was by far the poorest hotel and the price I paid was much too expensive. Jaffna is a beautiful place and people should visit but do not stay here. Very poor standard!

All the sanitary utensils are corroded. Those are not cleneed. Feel that use in horror bathroom.
