La decoración , atención del personal y el desayuno

Cons:

no había suficiente personal para el desayuno y tardaron 1 hora en atendernos, nos atendieron muy bien pero el hotel debe tener el cuenta tener al personal suficiente.

Hotel hermoso y confortable a 2 cuadras del centro de Comitán con personal muy amable y servicial
Pros:

Es un hotel muy bonito y muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras del centro de Comitán, el personal es muy atento y servicial, las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy confortables, tiene una escultura de Marín en el jardín que me gusto mucho, en general 10 de 10

Pros:

Staff was responsive and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the historic view of the property. Though breakfast was not included we decided to eat here and the service and food was also good. Parking was convenient. Location was great.

Cons:

One of our group member’s bathroom was not as clean as the other rooms. There were loud guests in the patio passed 10pm which was inconsiderate.

Clean hotel with an awesome, comfortable Family Room. Good breakfast--will definitely stay again.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the same waiter each day for breakfast and he was very kind and attentive...he remembered what we ordered each day and it was like he already had it ready and waiting for us. Awesome experience!

Cons:

The stairs in the Family Room squeaked every time someone was walking downstairs, so in the middle of the night, for the bathroom, it was very loud.
