De locatie is misschien wat ver van het centrum van Colonia maar het zicht op het water is fantastisch.
De kamers aan de voorzijde hebben dat mooie uitzicht.
Het personeel is heel goed. Zowel in de receptie als in het horeca gedeelte. We mochten al heel vroeg inchecken maar kregen toen wel een kamer aan de zijkant van het gebouw toegewezen. Was wel heel gezellig maar we vonden die erg donker en hebben een upgrade genomen naar een kamer met uitzicht. Bijbetaling was heel redelijk. Chapeau voor de receptie bemensing
We waren in het hotel tijdens een vakantie periode en het hotel was volgeboekt. De stoelen bij het zwembad werden al vroeg in de ochtend gereserveerd door er een handdoek op te leggen. Die bleven er dan de hele dag ook zonder dat er mensen op zaten. Een oplossing zou zijn : dat niet meer toestaan en het grasveldje opzij van meer stoelen voorzien.

La ubicación sobre la Rambla es excepcional. El Hotel impecable. Buena atención, buen desayuno. Es uno de mis hoteles preferidos en Colonia. He ido en varias oportunidades y siempre excelente.

La caja de seguridad está ubicada en un armario. casi al ras del piso, se hizo muy difícil utilizarla.
El yacuzzi no tiene escalones,es difícil salir del mismo..
