Clean hotel, restaurant downstairs was a plus. Room facing pool was far too small
Pros:

I left my Cowboy boots in room, staff found it and kept it safe. Everything else is erased because of this kind gesture.

Cons:

I am claustrofòbic. I ordered a king bed room with sofa couch as this is generally a large room in all other hotels I have stayed at. This hotel put us in a closet size room. Very disappointed

Im sticking with Airbnb
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They did everything they could to make the stay wonderful.

Cons:

When I got there the shower had a bunch of hair in it. It was pretty gross. I also found a strange pair of socks that were not mine behind the garbage pail. I was willing to ignore that but then the second night I was there people in the pool were making a ton of noise right up until 10pm. And I was on the 5th floor. So I checked out and didn’t stay for my third night. I was paying almost $700 for three nights plus parking… So for that price the room should be clean and I should have some kind of comfort and not be kept awake by other guests. When I checked out the front desk people were incredible and nice and did not charge me for the third night which I did not use. Im sorry but this is why I usually use Airbnb… and I will continue to do that in the future.

Pros:

Si todo bien solo que yo reservé un cuarto con dos camas y cuando llegué me dieron un cuarto con una cama y un sofá cama y esa noche fue incómoda nos cambiaron de cuarto la segunda noche y estuvo mejor

Cons:

Que reservas algo y te dan lo que quieren a esa hora lo tiene uno que agarra por qué adonde voy a esa hora

It was very pleasant. I would stay again.
Pros:

The staff was great very gracious and kind; the rooms were very spacious; the bathrooms are great and the views are pleasant.

Cons:

There is no Kcup use. I feel like may that should be another option for coffee drinkers not just the small pot. Some of the switches for the light didn’t quite work as they should. May be checking that all the lights are working for the upper part of the bedroom.
