It was very pleasant. I would stay again.
Pros:

The staff was great very gracious and kind; the rooms were very spacious; the bathrooms are great and the views are pleasant.

Cons:

There is no Kcup use. I feel like may that should be another option for coffee drinkers not just the small pot. Some of the switches for the light didn’t quite work as they should. May be checking that all the lights are working for the upper part of the bedroom.

Si todo bien solo que yo reservé un cuarto con dos camas y cuando llegué me dieron un cuarto con una cama y un sofá cama y esa noche fue incómoda nos cambiaron de cuarto la segunda noche y estuvo mejor

Cons:

Que reservas algo y te dan lo que quieren a esa hora lo tiene uno que agarra por qué adonde voy a esa hora

Pros:

The room was comfortable.

Cons:

The fridge never got cold. I was told it only stays on for 2 hours at a time. Also buyer be warned as I had booked this hotel with the insurance, and had a family emergency. I was unable to get it refunded!

First time I’ve stayed somewhere that doesn’t clean your room daily, even after providing cash tip to cleaner

Location felt safe

Cons:

Low quality communication from staff eg about $50 per day charge, room cleaning only alternate days, no help in setting up sofa bed, no effort in trying to ready room before usual checkin time, no greetings as you passed reception, no tea in the room

Will not stay here again...will drive home to the East East Bay, rather than stay here.
Pros:

Location was great to the venue we were coming from, but a little tedious to get to.
No luggage carts available going or coming. Was greeted twice by the same person, as if we were new arrivals and schlepping our luggage because of no carts.
We were told we had an "Accessible" room - that room was at the furthest corner of the hotel and from the elevator...I would think that "Accessible" would mean close to elevator!!!
Went to what we thought was a cafe, but it was a mediocre room with some food and screaming kids. Finally, we asked the nice girl behind the bar to ask the parents of those screaming girls to shut them up and we noticed people trying to work. The nice girl asked the security guard to talk with the parents and he did, thankfully.
Go to our room and it was nice, so, we changed our clothes to go to bed, and found that the hide-a-bed was not adorned with any linens AT ALL...nothing in the closet, drawers, no where to be found. Called front desk and someone came to bring linens, etc.

Friendly staff, the bar staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable.

Cons:

The coffee machine was dirty, the cup lids had hair on them and had something purple and sticky on them. Very disappointed because I love coffee. I had to buy coffee.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I made a reservation thru Booking.com for king executive suite last May 16th. For 3 days leading to the booking, I called daily for early check in but to no avail. On the day of check in , we arrived at 1:30 pm but they said the room is not ready so we said, we will go to our concert event and will check in late that night. The receptionist said as long as it is before midnight and to call which we did. Our event finished at 10:30pm and when we checked in, our executive king suite room was not available anymore. She said it was double booked and the best she can do is a regular king room. I spoke to the receptionist the following day for a credit and she said she will call and follow up with Booking.com but nothing happened. Also the pillow cases had hair from previous occupants.

Cons:

Key card access to parking garage from our floor was turned off more than 30 minutes before checkout time, which was a large inconvenience when we were trying to pack things into our vehicle in the parking area.
