Room not as advertised.
Pros:

Modern, large comfortable bed. Clean.

Cons:

We did not get the room advertised on the listing. The listing said 226 square feet with a small clothes rack. The size was no where near that and there was nowhere to put our belongings. For the price you would think they'd include some shampoo, but no.

Pros:

Agradable estancia, ambiente tranquilo, habitación limpia y espaciosa. Excelente ubicación y con la ventaja de contar con estacionamiento. Tiene lo necesario para una noche de descanso.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful in meeting our needs and answering our questions.
The location was great as it was just a short walk to the Basilica and the town center.
The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Though coffee shops were near, it would have been nice at times to have a small coffee shop in the hotel, particularly for breakfast.

Mi habitación no tenía ventilador, nuestro hospedaje fue en el segundo piso, bastante estrechas las escaleras y con bastante ruido ya que había trabajadores de la construcción laborando.

Buena ubicación, se puede caminar a todo, tiene estacionamiento. El agua caliente tarda un poco en salir, pero sean pacientes. Tuvimos un problema con una fuga de agua que hizo el piso bastante resbaloso, pero como solo fuimos una noche no le dimos gran importancia, aunque el staff fue bastante atento y siempre tuvo la intención de arreglarlo. Volvería sin duda.

Todo me pareció muy bien, solo se llevaron una gorra sin querer con las toallas, le comenté a la señorita de resepcion y me la regreso al otro día en la noche, después de ese día no estuve muy cómoda con que entrarán a hacer limpieza al cuarto, estuvimos 7 días y solo un día pedí limpieza a causa de ese malentendido, fuera de eso no tengo ninguna queja.
