Hotel Restaurant Gemmer

Newly built rooms in modern building. The meals in the restaurant were truly delicious. Wonderful visit.

Gutes Frühstück, gute Speisenauswahl, sehr schöne, große Zimmer

Wir waren im Neubau untergebracht. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer geräumig, sehr schönes Bad, alles hochwertig ohne "überkandidelt" zu sein. Abendessen und Frühstück ebenfalls sehr gut

Vi ankom stedet rett før kl. 21 på kvelden grunnet store køer på autobanen. Ble tatt i mot av ei hyggelig ung dame, som spurte om vi ønsket noe middag for kjøkkenet var i ferd med og stenge for kvelden. Noe vi selvfølgelig sa ja til etter nesten 12 timer på veien. God mat, flott rom, gode parkeringsmuligheter og hyggelig betjening.

Habitación moderna y con todo tipo de comodidades. Mucha luz. Espacio para sentarse sin tener que hacerlo en la cama. Terraza.
Desayuno completo y variado, al menos para mi gusto: fruta, pan, mantequilla, huevos, café y cereales, entre otras cosas.
Atención del personal correcta. Tiene restaurante para cenar y la comida es muy buena.
La decoración del Gastof es muy bonita, sitio amplio, acogedor, con espacio para aparcar y muy tranquilo.
Estamos muy satisfechos.

Very nice hotel with excellent accommodation. Some uncertainty when we arrived about the bar service before the restaurant opened but otherwise very nice. However there is nothing else in village.

Nice hotel and restaurant near Koblenz

A nice hotel if you are doing an overnight stay en-route to somewhere else as there is nothing in the local village. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Food was OK.
Be aware when booking that you choose a double with double occupancy as I made the mistake of booking a double room with single occupancy and was charged a further €25 for one night which I thought was a bit steep.

Nice hotel-restaurant about an hour's drive from Frankfurt. The accommodations are in a new building behind the restaurant and the rooms are big and comfy. The hosts were nice enough. We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant which was good although there was not much on offer for non-meat eaters. The local area is quiet, but the location is good for a stop-over.

Staff was very helpful, nice place off the he main roads.

This is an amazing find. Stopped for an overnight enroute from Austria to the UK. The rooms are spacious very clean and modern. The hotel has a restaurant selling regional dishes made from locally sourced produce. An excellently breakfast is offered again consisting of a lot of home made food sourced locally. The nearby town has a couple of other restaurants and there are a couple of supermarkets nearby. The hotel is also English speaking. This is a great hotel in a great location.
