Super bien el hotel excelente la vista maravillosa

Mal diseñado,no es lo que se ofrece y la de recepcion solo le falto aventar la tarjeta por molestarla en mi llegado por estar en el chisme.

La Alberca está muy limpia…
Y la comodidad de la cama… qué hay poca gente y no hay mucho ruido

Solo nos falto que hicieran el servicio del cuarto

no tienen buena atención de parte del personal, no proporcionan la información necesaria y básica del hotel (ubicación de habitaciones, solicitud de toallas), las habitaciones no están en mal estado, pero no cuentan con total limpieza, en la cama se puede descansar, pero las toallas de la alberca estaban sucias.

Las toallas de alberca de un tamaño ridiculo, las toallas de baño estaban mas grandes. Nos quedamos medio dia sin agua para bañarnos y no tuvieron la molestia de avisar. La atención y el servicio de la chica de recepción deja mucho que desear. La habitación muy bien, buen tamaño, la limpieza también bien. Pero como hotel deberían ofrecer y mejorar muchos servicios

Me cobraron la habitación de nuevo pues dijeron que ellos no tenían convenio con expedia

Segunda vez que me hospedo ahí, de los pocos hoteles remodelados en Manzanillo, solo deberían de trabajar en 2 temas, el aislamiento de ventanas es muy malo si te toca una habitación con vista a la calle y no tienen espacio para colocar jabón y shampoo en las regaderas, en general buena opción dada la limitada oferta

Estan muy comodas las habitaciones...las camas están muy ricas duermes muy agusto… el clima funciona muy bien y la pantalla también.

Tenía fuga la llave y se tiro y mojó la habitación tuve que pedir trapeador y secarlo yo porque no había nadie que apoyara en ese momento. Con respecto a lo demás, excelente estancia!

Las habitaciones son realmente cómodas, la ubicación es excelente, les falta un poco mas de atención al personal pero es un hotel muy lindo, la alberca es bella.

Mejoraria la temperatura del agua de la alberca ya que es demasiado fria.

Upon arrival into our room, the temperature was 33 degrees Celsius (91.4 Fahrenheit). We turned the A/C unit on and set it to a cooler temp, but it only got down to 29C (84.2F). We notified the front desk, who let us know that it would be repaired during the day. Later that afternoon, we were assured that the problem would be fixed by 5:30pm. Upon our arrival back to the hotel after dinner, we were told that the problem would be fixed the NEXT day, as a part had to be ordered. We were then offered another room which we took, even though it was not direct oceanfront which our original room was. That was essentially move #1. Next day, we were told that the A/C was indeed fixed, and that we could move back into the original room. Essentially move #2. After several hours, the temperature was only down to 27C (80.6), so back to the front desk we went. We were told that they couldn't guarantee any cooler air, so back to the alternate room we went. At this point, three moves in three days. We ended up staying in the alternate room for the remainder of our stay. We inquired at the front desk that we felt inconvenienced, and thought a one night refund was in order. We were offered an additional night's stay, but were told that no money would be refunded. As we had other plans in place in another city in Mexico, we could not stay an extra night. The hotel overall was less than average, and I would not recommend it.

Small hotel as the name suggest. Conveniently located on the main road. A few restaurants within walking distance. It has a small but nice infinity pool. Easy access to the beach. Hotel does not have private parking. Was able to park on the main street walking distance from hotel entrance.

This is one of the worst hotels I've ran into worldwide. Staff didn't speak English. I made a reservation with only one payment option, payment upon arrival.. once I got there the hotel rate was way higher and the dollar exchange was lower, they didn't accept credit cards cash only with a lower dollar rate. I walked out of there and I still had to pay for 2 nights that I didn't stay. Worst hotel ever. Staff was rude and ignorant. One of my worst traveling experience.
