Pros:

Habitacion austera pero bastante bien, cumple con su proposito. El desayuno sencillo pero muy sabroso, los chilaquiles muy ricos y la atención de todo el personal muy buena.

Cons:

Se oye todo de una habitación a otra, hasta cuando la gente platica o se quita los zapatos. A la medianoche llegaron más huéspedes y nos despertaron por tanto ruido. Se tardaron como hora y media en acomodarse y dormir. Tuvimos que pedir en recepción qué les pidieran a ellos respetar a los demás huespedes.

Cons:

El aire no funciona, la recamara se miraba mejor en foto que en físico. Los contrólese estan viejos. El desayuno no está bueno.. me decepcióne. Niños a las 5 am tocando puertas me tuve que cambiar de hotel & el personal cero empaticos

It was a nice stay.
Pros:

The property is clean. The staff have good customer care.

Cons:

The breakfast is very poor and restaurant is too crowded.The staff in the restaurant have poor customer care apart from one tall old gentleman I guess he is the supervisor.

RESERVE CON TIEMPO Y AUN ASÍ CANCELARON MI RESERVACIÓN EL MISMO DÍA QUE LLEGABA, POR FORMA DE PAGO INVALIDA, CAMBIE DE TARJETA Y TAMPOCO, Y PUES SON LAS TARJETAS QUE USO SIEMPRE Y QUE PUDE USAR PARA RESERVAR A LAS PRISAS EN OTRO HOTEL. LES MARQUE A LOS DOS MINUTOS DE QUE CANCELARON DIRECTAMENTE AL HOTEL Y ME DIJERON QUE YA NO TENÍAN LAS HABITACIONES.
