The hotel room is affordable and the bed is king size so its good enough for my husband, our toodler and I. However, it will be good if there are sheltered parking lots

Water leaking on corner wall making the room smell bad but the staff was quick to offer room change 👍
It was great, cheap, clean, accessble, convenient, and chic! couldnt have more.
WiFi needs to repaired or updated. The repair person had to be called twice to the room.

I have included in my reservation the breakfast, but I had to pay for the coffee.
I really don’t understand why the coffee was not included.
We stayed at 10th floor. Very noisy with the rooftop resto (11th floor). Check-in was cumbersome. The front office tried to persuade us to pay more fees if we check-in early (I came at 10 am). Otherwise, we have to wait until 2 pm. Luckily, there is an ice cream shop next door. And we waited there until 1 pm. We asked for two rooms side-by-side or adjacent, but ended up with rooms separated by three other rooms.
Great value hotel with great location and excellent coffee at restaurant. However floor not thoroughly swept or vacuum clean. Need improvement from house keeping.
Easy cek in. Good food
Gutes preis leistung verhältnis in dharmahusada ost surabaya. Hotel ist modern, gute matratze. Zimmer sind eher klein aber mit aussicht. Die zimmer zur hauptstrasse etwas laut aber ok. In der umgebung gibt es viele restaurants, streetfood, alfamart usw. Sehr zu empfehlen wenn man im osten surabayas sein will/muss. Maxone hat noch ein hotel in tidar. Beide sind gut.
