このお値段で、この広さならお手頃！
Pros:

お風呂がユニットバスではなく洗い場が付いていてゆったりと入れた。
設備自体は古いが部屋も広く荷物を置いても余裕があった

部屋が広くお風呂も広かったのが良かった

悪臭がなければ最高でした。
Pros:

洗い場があるお風呂で、浴槽が広く大満足でした。掛布団も軽く暖かくて良かった。

Cons:

臭いがきつかった。洗濯物の生乾きのような、吐瀉物のような悪臭が不快だった。
発生場所はわからなかった。エアコンか？ドライヤーからも悪臭がした。
