Cons:

Was the night of world football cup the sports bar across the road fired up at 2.30 and continued to 5.30 am no sleep was had.

It was very good for the price. Though I highly suggest a renovation on their rooms.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. It's quite repetitive though if you stayed for too long. I stayed for 5 nights and the breakfast is the same options everyday. The location is really great. I did all the walking to go around the area. I was able to go to Discovery Mall and Beachwalk Mall just by walking. I preferred to walk along the shoreline to enjoy the sea breeze and sunset.

Cons:

There was a bad smell in the toilet. It was quite tolerable though. I had to change to a smaller room since my first room's AC was not cooling well. It started dripping water when I decreased the AC to 18degrees.

Don’t fall for the discount. This is a 30$ AUD a night hotel at best

Room was clean and the location is in a decent place in Kuta. Friendly staff

Cons:

They trick you by saying the room is discounted from A$200 per night to A$45. I then had a free room upgrade, but the room isn’t even worth A$30 a night. Super basic hotel. They just trick you with the discount.

Updated rooms with pool located in Main Street but nice & quiet.
Pros:

I extended my stay from a small deluxe room to a superior which is much larger. Updated furniture , very comfortable bed . Close to all amenities.
Nice quiet room . Nice pool.

Cons:

Towels need replacing very old & used.
No hot water in slower .

Excellent value for a drop over with a quiet pool & very helpful staff.
Pros:

Location is on main streets close to many restaurants, shops & airport etc . short walk through Kuta art market to beach. Would stay here again.

Cons:

Looks like it has recently been updated , however it’s already showing wear & tear.
My “deluxe room “ was quite small with new amenities & view of a wall but was great value for a June stay, note the “superior room are larger.
