B2 Pai Premier Resort

Clean tidy room everything worked well a/c good. Very affordable, the only bad was the roosters next door at 4am

Your initial view of the hotel is pleasantly surprising, it looks mdern and trendy. However, that view quickly moves onto the poorly maintained common parts, no restaurant or bar, no breakfast, just your room. Again, initially you're pleasantly surprised by a modern looking room, but closer inspection reveals the place to be dated and well worn. Worst of all is the shower and toilet. The shower has no hot water, has black mildew everywhere, and toilet is so small that you have to take your clothes off before you enter it as there is no room otherwise. Another really annoying issue is that the swimming pool is crowded with youngsters, none of which are staying at the hotel, but its common knowledge that no one from the hotel will say anything, even if a resident complained, as I did. Finally, even if you were to get some sort of access to the pool, the wooden suttounds are so dilapidated that you would almost certainly cause an accident on the broken surface. You most certainty would not allow your kids anywhere near it.
There are many better and cheaper options in town. Use any one of them before staying here

We booked the B2 hotel based on reports it was one of the nicer hotels in Pai, where accommodation is somewhat dominated by hostels and guesthouses. At nearly £60 per room, per night ex. breakfast (which is relatively expensive for Thailand) we expected a decent level of service and accommodation. Our hopes were soon dashed. Where to begin?!...... From the sour-faced and robotic check-in, again, almost unheard of in 'the land of smiles', to the pools with broken, jagged steps and missing tiles, the stained towels and bedding and the piece de resistance..... The constant crowing of roosters from the next door chicken farm. As if that wasn't enough, the pool and garden area of the hotel was invaded on a daily basis by nearly 100 youths who were not even staying at the hotel but would rock-up en masse, to play loud music and play ball games, treating the hotel as some sort of free-for-all party club. To be fair to the manager, he took our complaint on-board, called the police and cleared the area..... Sadly the scenario was repeated again the next day. My strong advice is to steer clear of this noisy, delapidated and unpleasant hovel. There are much nicer hotels for a similar price, if not cheaper, nearby.

We had such high hopes for this place. Sadly the reality is that it's run down, needs extensive maintenance and on one afternoon we could not use the pool as it had been invaded by close to 100 backpackers who weren't even staying there. The absence of a restaurant and the nearby constant noise from chickens and roosters add to the disappointment. Friendly and attentive manager is the only silver lining.

Es werden Bilder verwendet die schon sehr alt sind. Auf den Bildern sehen die Zimmer super aus, aber in Realität ist dieses Hotel sehr schlecht imstande. Das schlimmste war eigentlich das nirgends erwähnt wird das 10m Luftlinie von unserem Zimmer eine Hanenzucht ist. Wor wollten in Pai relaxen. Leider ging das nicht weil nur Partyvolk da war und um 05.00 die Gockel angefangen haben zu schreien. Das war ein absoluter Scan dieses Hotel. Nie wieder

Not sure if we just got a bad room? The A/C sounded like a machine gun or helicopter after 10-20 minutes of use, regardless of which settings we tried. Bugs kept getting in (I understand it’s a jungle area, but no where else we’ve stayed in Thailand had bugs), the bathroom door wouldn’t even shut to the toilet so good bye privacy, and the shower walls had grime & mold in the tile, you wouldn’t even want to lean against or touch the shower wall. We even asked the front desk about our A/C, and sure enough it continued to sound like a machine gun. The pool has chipped tiles everywhere and the deck needs repair. Quiet area & comfy bed was about the only good things.

Nice property. Close walk or drive to anywhere in Pai. Very nice staff.

The hotel has very rundown facilities, the clean condition was very poor. :/

Das Hotel ist was Preis/Leistung angeht wirklich top! Leider gab es kein Frühstück, was allerdings auch nicht weiter schlimm war, da es in naher Umgebung mehr als genug Auswahl gab.
Einziger Minuspunkt, den man leider ansprechen muss ist, dass das Klimagerät in unserem Zimmer getropft hat, wodurch die Wand dahinter auch schon leicht schimmelig war.
Alles in allem jedoch sehr gut!

名前にプレミアとついているが、何をもってプレミアなのか謎なホテルだった。
古くても適切に管理されていればそれなりの評価ができるけれど、古くてメンテナンスがおざなりでは低評価をつけるしかない。
建物内外の壁はボロボロ、廊下には枯れ葉がたまっているのに加えてゴミが落ちまくっている。
室内、特にバスルームとトイレは悪臭が漂っており、蠅が次々に現れる。
チェックイン時、カウンターに二人いたスタッフのうち、一人は突っ伏して寝ているし。
残念なことしかないホテルだった。
無料でも泊まりたくないですね

Nice clean hotel but the service is below average.

Easy walk to town. Really nice property and rooms. Roosters next door we're a little noisy at first, but just became background ambiance by day 2. I would definitely stay there again.

Preis Leistung ist tip topp, sehr schöner Pool und sehr nette Rezeptionisten.

Lovely hotel. Only a short walk to the centre of Pai. Quiet and relaxing by the pool. Gets the sun all day. Good value for money.

Nice hotel but in need of a little repair work. Shower and toilet cubicle looking grubby and in need of an update. Found a lot of ants in toilet. We had a pool access room but all the tiles on steps into the pool were missing . 10 minute walk into main streets of town and really nice location quiet, the cockerel mentioned on previous review could be heard occasionally but give a nice country feel.

The front desk reception was very good and very accommodating. Housekeeping staff was also very good. The hotel has terrible dogs and roosters out back that were noisey. No sleep past 6:00 am. And there is no hot water.
I would not recommend this hotel!

1. Good location, not far from Pai walking street (about 1 km).
2. Our room was clean and everything functioned properly.
3. There was no elevator.
4. There was no breakfast.
5. What I like most is a warmly welcome from dogs of the hotel. Cute!

Overall, the hotel met my expectations
