Halbpension in der Hotelschule - geht gut klar!
Pros:

Es war kalt und hatte geregnet. Wir wurden gut aufgenommen. Abendessen im Zimmer (weil oben war es zu kalt) war wunderbar. Alles ganz unkompliziert. Das Frühstück analog genauso. Alles gut! (wir waren Ende Dez. 2025 dort)

Cons:

Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsbad mit WC war 1 Stockwerk unterschiedlich - anders als geplant / gebucht; jedenfalls aus unserer Erinnerung. War nicht dramatisch, aber nicht ganz toll.

Un bon petit hôtel
Pros:

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit dans cet hôtel d'application. Le réceptionniste a été très agréable et arrangeant à l'arrivée (il y avait une fuite d'eau dans la chambre initialement donnée, il nous en a proposé une autre tout de suite). Le petit déjeuner était très bien.

Les petits plus : une clim réversible très appréciable avec des plaids supplémentaires et une place de parking gratuite dans la rue, juste en face de l'hôtel !

Cons:

L'insonorisation des chambres est délicate, nous attendons tout ce qu'il se passe dans l'hôtel et dehors comme si tout était ouvert. L'eau chaude et la pression nous ont manqué, surtout en cette période de grand froid.

Comfortable
Pros:

I can't quite tell if this place is a school, a hotel, or a school for future hotel staff (probably the last one?). In any case, it was clean and comfortable. A good base for trips to the nearby mountains. The guy at the front desk helped me out a few times (thanks, man!).

It was a bit cold in the hotel (December), but the room had an air conditioner with a heating option.

Cons:

I'm not sure if I legally used the kitchen (it looked more like a room for a cooking class). I just needed to boil water. After a bit of searching, I managed to find a stovetop kettle, but it wasn't the most convenient to use. A simple electric kettle would have been a huge help.

A hairdryer (one for the entire hotel, available at reception) would also be a useful addition, but from what I saw during my trip, that's a rare thing in Moroccan hotels.

The place is very out of the way, so take that into account if you are traveling on foot.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
Cons:

- The toilet was extremely dirty, no soap no toilet paper. I reporter the issue to the management but nobody cared.
- The breakfast quality and selection was poor
- The kitchen where they prepare food is dirty and staff don't follow basic hygiene standards which put the health of customers in real risk.

Très très médiocre
Pros:

Très médiocre.

Cons:

J'ai réservé 2 chambres pour 2 adultes, à notre arrivée on a trouvé une personne à la réception qui ne savait absolument rien sur notre réservation,
Après avoir nous donner les chambres, on a constaté que dans la première chambre y'a une télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, alors que dans la deuxième pas de télévision, et c'est le même prix pour les deux.
Les deux serviettes sur les deux chambres étaient déchirer et sur les salles de bains nous ont mis 2 sachets de shampoing de 50 centimes.
Plus le chauffage ne fonctionne pas.
Quand on a réclamé à la personne qu'on a trouvé à la réception il nous a dit qu'il remplace quelqu'un d'autre et qu'il ne peut pas nous aider.
On a constaté par la suite que les commentaires qu'on a trouvé sur internet venaient du personnels qui travaillent à l'hôtel (des faux commentaires).
expériences très très mauvaise.
Et un hôtel très médiocre.

Pros:

Super, klidné ubytování na okraji města. Velmi pohodlné postele, funkční klimatizace, velmi rychlá wifi a milý personál. Celkem dobrá snídaně v ceně. V zimě se dá místnost dobře vytopit.

Cons:

Ubytování je na okraji města, asi 500 metrů od hlavní silnice.
