Pros:

La location es perfecta para las piramides

Cons:

No era lo que esperaba ni por lo que pagué la piscina estaba fria y sucia graciasa dios me cambiaron la habitation porque las goteras lkrnaban el cuarto de agua y finalmente, me cobraron $100 por una toalla embarrada de jugo ,no entendi pero ella dice que se lo cobrarian a ella

Beautifuk rustic location, close to activities, great staff, LOUD, close to pyramids
Pros:

The staff of the hotel are attentive, kind and truly loving I really enjoyed interacting with Ara and the others. Location is a very easy walk to any of the pyramids as well as town and many food options. Water bottles are given in the room and available if more is needed. There is a restaurant and you get a discount on the breakfast buffet which is great! My breakfast was $150 pesos most days (incredible!)

Cons:

SO LOUD, there was a bar attached to the property that plays music til 3am Friday and Saturday and around midnight in Sunday. I was given a different room, however my room was in front of a bright light all night so I could not get natural light, there was also a funny smell if I opened the windows, my door lock was broken, bugs occasionally crawled under the door, and more. Beautiful yet rustic accommodations. bring EARPLUGS.

Personal amable, muy cercano a las pirámides.
Pros:

Personal muy atentos y amables. Tienen un manglar en la terraza que le da un toque muy único.

Cons:

Esta cerca de zona de bares, repercute en que haya mucho ruido por la noche. La regadera de la ducha sale con poca presión. Rentamos 3 habitaciones y en las 3 no funcionaba la señal del cable.

Bonito pero no perfecto
Pros:

Bonito el hotel y en buen area.

Cons:

Si van en fin de semana lleven cubre oídos! El bar de al lado tiene la música a todo lo que da hasta las 2am! Y para la registration tienen que subir al segundo piso por escalones.

Que la alberca sea climatizada

El personal atento y amable y las instalaciones limpias

Cons:

La alberca dijeron que era climatizada y no, estaba muy fría y no nos ofrecieron todos los servicios que tenían y nosotros desconocíamos, el desayuno y el temazcal eran servicios que si hubiéramos comprado, en general lo demás bien

La pase bien y disfrute mi estancia
Pros:

la habitacion, la ubicacion y la limpieza

Cons:

No me gusto que no me mensionaran que el desayuno tenia precio especial para los huespedes.
No me permirieron seguir disfrutando de las instalaciones despues de entregar mi habitacion.
No me quicieron prestar unas toallas para tomar un baño de temazcal fuera del hotel.
No tenian prendida la caldera de la alberca

Pros:

El lugar es tranquilo, con restaurante y con terracita. Está limpio y cómodo!

Cons:

Lo único malo es que se localiza a lado de un antro, por fortuna nos tocó al fondo del hotel y el ruido no llegaba a la habitación, pero el tema del estacionamiento fue un poco complejo.
