Pros:

Everything was clean and contemporary. I thought this motel was brand new. Turns out it's almost 10 years old! It has been very well maintained.

Cons:

I would have liked my own balcony. But there was nice outdoor furniture with a fire pit outside with enough seats for everyone that may want to spend time there.

It was a very short stay for graduation at ASU. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very pleasant the short time we were

I thought it was pricey but it was ASU graduation weekend so I imagine it was expected for all hotels during that time.

Pros:

The staff was incredible and everything was really clean and comfortable. They were so kind to our daughter and our dog! The room was very spacious which was great for having a pack and play set up.

Cons:

It was a little pricey for a two night stay and the breakfast was a typical hotel basic breakfast. The pillows were not very thick.
