Pros:

Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff and even to the gentleman that was taking out the trash were absolutely fabulous! I found out that the gentleman cleaning was a veteran and I was privileged to hear some of his story. I went two weekends in a row and the staff were the same both times. The hotel was immaculate and everything was perfect. I commented on my second trip that we didn't receive cookies in our welcome bag (they asked if we during was good and I only commented because I wanted my daughter to have one because they are so good!) and when we returned after dinner there were 2 cookies on the dresser with a sweet note. How can they do any better? There's no way I'll stay anywhere else when I come back and I'm looking forward to the next trip!

Staying at the Hampton is always a pleasant experience.
Pros:

I always appreciate how clean the rooms smell. Very friendly staff and great breakfasts

Cons:

There was a guest that vaped in the elevator so that was pretty gross, but not hampton's fault

Pros:

Everything was clean and contemporary. I thought this motel was brand new. Turns out it's almost 10 years old! It has been very well maintained.

Cons:

I would have liked my own balcony. But there was nice outdoor furniture with a fire pit outside with enough seats for everyone that may want to spend time there.
