Quiet location. Nice breakfast. Beautiful pool. Nice staff.

Cons:

Bed was too hard and was actually a queen but supposed to be a king. Gym was ok but outdoors.

Frühstück top und über die Tage verschieden
Spa Bereich.

Auf alle Wünsche und Herausforderungen (Internet war anfangs zu langsam) ist man eingegangen und wurde gelöst. Sogar den Spa Bereich konnten meine Freundin und ich gemeinsam nutzen, obwohl es in Kambotscha sonst nur getrennt üblich ist.
.... und noch besser ... sie haben uns die Sauna jeden Tag auf 100 Grad aufgeheizt.
Vielen lieben Dank für diesen super Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder

Fitness Bereich, aber in der Nähe gibt es Golden Fitness, ein quasi high Class Fitness Center zu einem unschlagbaren Preis.

Pros:

Such a wonderful boutique hotel - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. Great breakfast and poolside.

Cons:

The showers could have stayed hot for a little longer but not a big deal.

Le pongo un 10. Es un buen hotel pero...
Pros:

Le pongo un 10 porque mi intención no es perjudicar al hotel y sé perfectamente la influencia que tiene una mala review en el ranking del hotel. Pero aunque es cierto que nos encantó la ubicación (porque está alejada de todo el barullo de la ciudad y no se tarda nada en llegar desde el centro), la atención del personal que fue excelente en todo momento, la variedad del desayuno, la piscina, la dimensión de las habitaciones (al menos en la que estábamos), y la comodidad de las camas, es cierto que el hotel necesita ciertas mejoras y una actualización del mobiliario para ser un hotel de 5*. Pero también hay que destacar que la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Así que, si mejoran algún aspecto como los mencionados, volverá a ser ese 5* que seguro que fue en el pasado. Y es una opción excelente para alojarse en Siem Reap.

Cons:

Como he dicho, le falta cierta actualización del mobiliario y zonas comunes para ser un buen 5*. Pero insisto que es un buen hotel y no merece otra puntuación que un 10.

Very nice (quite large) pool and amazing breakfast. Good overall facilities (like gym and spa) and a very friendly and helpful staff. Not located in the busy centre, but the hustle and bustle is only a ten minute tuk tuk drive away.

Pros:

We stayed three nights at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was good, and the pool is exceptionally beautiful. But the absolute highlight is the staff — they give the hotel its soul and make guests feel truly special. From check-in to assistance with currency exchange and booking excursions, the warm-hearted staff were always very helpful. We would especially like to mention Ms. Champa and Ms. Lom Or, who always had a quick solution and a warm smile ready. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The Absolute Best!
Pros:

Hotel and facilities were excellent. All the staff, without exception, second to none. Couldn’t do enough to make sure you were enjoying your stay.
A special shout out to Pey Pey. The best English speaker we met there. And such lovely company.
Also, one of top places we’ve eaten on our tour of Cambodia and Singapore.
