Lovina Beach Club & Resort

Beautiful resort with ocean views, quiet but beautiful location..staff were very friendly and helpful..couldn’t fault the resort ..

We had a very pleasant stay at Lovina Beach Club and Resort. The location is beautiful, with a stunning pool and a beach just steps away – perfect for relaxing.
We didn’t try the restaurant for lunch or dinner, but the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to enjoy Lovina and we would definitely recommend it.

Veldig fin hage/bassengområde. Rommet var veldig sensitivt for vind, når det blåste var det umulig å lukke døren til badet. Standard helt ok. Restauranten noe dyr, men maten var god.

Hotel is wonderful, great location, great staff and somewhere greay to crash and ejoy the bali experience.

The staff are incredibly friendly and hardworking, they will do anything for you as soon as you request it.

Positives :
- location is great, right next to the sea (although no real beach to chill on)
- Pool is stunning, looking over the sea, very peaceful
- Food is fantastic, sincerely wonderfully thoughtfully prepared, possibly the best burger (apalled to admit i had a burger, but nasi goreng gets tiresome!) I have ever had.

Negatives
- Its a bit tired, sunbeds are broken and need replacing, they have two gorgeous rattan bali beds, that have no cushions, so are unusable
- Breakfast is poor, disorganised and a little chaotic
- Feels like they are using all the same kit from when they first opened, towels are tired, bedding, needs a refresh.
- They promote the dolphin trip, which is carnage, we discovered it was grossly unethical after sharing the video of an ethical trip with reception, we were assured that would happen (tik tok search ethical trip) what we saw was barbaric, do not do this tour unless its explicity ethical. We left early because of what we saw, boats crashing, hitting dolphins, must have been 100 boats on the sea in the same 50m vicinity.

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes et arrivée sur place, il m’annonce qu’ils ont que des chambres pour 2 personnes et pourtant nous avions bien payé pour trois.
Ils nous ont fait payé sur place un troisième lit et nous eu le droit à un matelas par terre, nous étions 3 adultes
J’ai envoyé un message à Hôtel com, ils m’ont remboursé intégralement le prix
Les employés pas sympa du tout, le restaurant est cher et pas bon du tout
Mon fils de 19 ans a fait du jet ski, il est tombé en panne au bout de 3 minutes, ils n’ont pas voulu nous rembourser
Il faut avoir une voiture car, c’est loin de tout

Overall it was okay. The service was reasonable, slow in the restaurant.
Hand and face towels were only provided on request.
Grounds were excellent. However, rooms were outdated and require refurbishment.
Staff were very friendly.

Stayed here mainly for the convenience it’s right next to the boat departure point for dolphin watching, which made the early morning start so much easier. The room was decent and comfortable for a short stay.

However, the F&B promotion was confusing. At check-in, there was a display advertising 25% off dining, but when we ate at the restaurant, we were told it only applied to outside guests, not in-house guests. When I followed up with reception the next day, they clarified the discount was actually for in-house guests too, but only if staying a minimum of 3 nights — none of this extra info mentioned on the display advertising.

Other than that, the location is great if you're here for dolphin watching.

Veldig bra sted, men noe isolert. Greit hvis du ikke er interessert i andre restauranter eller butikker, o.l. Ellers trenger du bil.
Klagde på A/C som bare ga maks kaldt (termostat som ikke virket?), men vedkommende som kom for å se på det skjønte ikke eller ville ikke se problemet. Måtte slå av og på kjøling manuelt. Ikke greit om natten!

very nice property with great infinity pool looking right at the ocean. Nice, friendly staff. The food was very expensive at the restaurant and just average at best. We stayed in 9 different hotels in Bali during our trips lots of them as nice or nicer than this one with similar location by the ocean the food price was 30% to 50% higher at Lovina beach resort. Despite this we recommend this hotel for all the other positive attributes it offers.

The restaurant staff was very friendly and the food was good. Perfect beachside retreat. The downside was if you asked for anything from the from desk it took and hr to get it. And they weren't busy. Took 5 tries everytime to get the door to unlock. Our bathroom door broke and i was locked inside. The hotel could use some upkeep

This resort has everything you need to stay comfortably but there isn't much you can do independently nearby.

The rooms are pretty cute and modern. Love the athmosphere, relax and calm. Staff was great and warm welcome. Breakfast was good with various menu. You can have the dolphin tour infront of the hotel. Gym was perfect. The pool was lovely. Live dj perfroming during sunset. All was perfect. Thank you Lovina Beach Club and Resort. I will definitely coming back.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights over the weekend, and my first impression of the hotel was that it was absolutely beautiful. Our room was conveniently located near the lobby, and I appreciate the upgrade – it seems the hotel was fully booked that day. I did have a few concerns, but I addressed them with the Resort Manager during my stay, and I believe they’ve been noted and acted upon. The room was clean and modern, and the pool and beach club area were simply stunning, especially at sunset. We also enjoyed a dolphin tour the following morning, which was wonderfully arranged – thank you for that.

Framförallt maten och servicen var långt under förväntningar. inga försök att rätta till när det påtalades vilket resulterade i hungriga barn på dåligt humör.

We enjoyed hanging out in the pool area watching the sunset. They need to fully inflate the SUPs as it is only possible to sit on them, not stand. We really enjoyed listening to the live DJ. Hopefully the beach sidewalk path will be finished soon.

It just ordinary hotel...mean no speciality at all. Even taste of the food is very bad. I ate fried rice and fried noodle for breakfast. The safety box in the room can not be used, already reported to the receptionist but no solution till I check out
