Categories

Cleanliness
7.3
Generally reported as clean (clean bed/room in many reviews); a few mentions of cold floors but overall acceptable for a transit hotel.
Service
8.2
Frequently praised: friendly, helpful staff and free airport pickup/shuttle; some minor service issues reported around breakfast timing/coordination.
Location
8.8
Consistently highlighted as very close to the airport—within walking distance for some—and ideal for early flights and transit stays.
Room Quality
6.8
Rooms often described as big with comfortable beds, but several negative notes: some rooms lacked windows, weak/insufficient AC, occasional power cut issues and cold floors; basic bathroom (missing shower curtain reported).
Amenities
6.5
Good airport transfer amenities (free pickup/shuttle) but limited otherwise: no on-site restaurant in some cases, basic facilities and issues with AC/heating in rooms.
Value for Money
7.4
Many guests found it inexpensive and good value for a short/transit stay; a minority mentioned it felt a bit pricey.
Food and Beverage
6
Mixed impressions: a few praised a warm made-to-order breakfast, but multiple reviews complained about poor or off-site breakfast service and long waits/mismanagement.
Overall Experience
7.4
Good choice for overnight/transit stays due to location and friendly staff; overall basic hotel with some service and amenity shortcomings noted.

Pros:

The location is the best to catch early morning flight and the room is super decent it has modern look spacious etc.

Cons:

It is such a pity that it is soooooooo dusty.
The AC is not cold, when I saw the AC it is all dust.

The remote ac is also not working due to the battery and there is no phone to call the reception.

When I say the AC remote is not working I feel like the reception also not really accomodating.

It is really such a pity. Not having phone in room to call reception is still ok.

AC Remote not working fine is also ok.
But the dust in the AC is really not ok.

Basic, but suits a purpose.
Pros:

Very basic, but has comfortable bed, shower, aircon and TV. Best to be used only for overnight stay for early access to airport so you don't need to worry about traffic hold ups to get to airport on time.

Cons:

Would skip the breakfast - low quality, would buy something nicer from street vendor ourside, or from airport.
