Friendly staff but room does not represent value for money

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

cleanliness needs to be improved. stains around the bed and pillow. remains of hair from previous person that stayed in the room was found in the toilet. toilet not very clean. booked 2 rooms and spent rm300 for a night. Was expecting it to be better quality for the price. The only positive side is really friendly staff and private parking.
