Pros:

Uma excelente opção o hotel é simples, mas excelente para o que se propõe (ir a praia, fazer passeios etc.) O café da manhã é bom, os proprietários e funcionários muito atenciosos.
A localização é excelente e ainda tem o restaurante e o quiosque, que é do local mas aberto ao público em geral e são muito bons.
Realmente ao voltar a Ilha Bela ficarei hospedado lá.

Cons:

Realmente não tenho nada a pontuar como não gostei, seria incompatível com a experiência que tive.

Tudo! O atendimento inicial no check in, os quartos organizados, decoração e limpeza impecáveis. Todos os funcionários muito queridos e simpáticos. Café da manhã com opções suficientes e possibilidade de pedir pratos quentes para fazerem na hora. Localização ótima tb. É a minha quinta vez indo para Ilhabela e de longe uma das melhores estadias que já ficamos.
Com certeza voltaremos!

Experiência maravilhosa em família
Pros:

Quarto novinho, tudo muito bem limpo! Praticamente pé na areia. Tem dois restaurantes do hotel que são excelentes! Atendimento dos restaurantes também foram impecáveis.

Café da manhã excelente, que começa às 8:00. Se começasse um pouquinho mais cedo ficaria melhor, pra não sair tarde para os passeios.

Experiencia de um casal com uma filha de 3 anos.

La pieza muy comoda, grande, las instalaciones en general son de primera. El servicio en la playa (club house) y el restaurante tambien son muy buenos.
