Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e l’esperienza complessiva è stata deludente.
Unici punti di forza: i letti erano davvero comodi e la posizione è centralissima.
Purtroppo, però, ci sono stati diversi problemi che hanno reso il soggiorno poco piacevole. La serranda elettrica della finestra non si apriva e, soffrendo (anche se leggermente) di claustrofobia, ho avuto qualche difficoltà. Alla reception mi è stato risposto in modo poco professionale che “tanto c’era freddo, quindi non serviva aprire la finestra”. Per fortuna, almeno la finestra del bagno si poteva aprire, altrimenti sarebbe stato un disagio ancora maggiore.
Ma il vero problema è stato un altro: l’acqua della doccia era fredda. Dopo la sfilata di Carnevale, al nostro ritorno in hotel, non abbiamo potuto farci la doccia perché l’acqua non si scaldava. Quando ho segnalato il problema alla reception, mi è stato risposto in modo superficiale, come se fossi solo un fastidio. Hanno comunque mandato un ragazzo dello staff a controllare ( lui è stato molto gentile) e ci ha suggerito di riprovare più tardi, ipotizzando che forse troppe persone si stessero lavando nello stesso momento. Peccato che, anche più tardi, l’acqua fosse solo tiepida. Stesso problema la mattina successiva: possibile che tutti facciano la doccia nello stesso momento? Risultato? Niente doccia per tutta la durata del soggiorno.
