Spacious hotel with lots of plants in the heart of San Cristobal
Pros:

Lovely spacious hotel in the heart of San Cristobal de las Casas, which has lots of nice plants and small inner garden, offering tasty breakfast and excellent service from all personnel. The beds in the rooms are very good for sleeping, with adequate covers and there is silence around the whole hotel. You feel tranquil and well received, and even on a busy holiday week didn’t feel crowded at all. Very close to downtown, and it has a parking garage as well. Very good value for the money.

Cons:

Nothing really, it was pleasant, maybe a bit of maintenance in the bathroom details. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Terrific location, spacious rooms and wonderful staff. Nice breakfast - would stay here again.
Pros:

Wonderful location and the hotel had a beautiful courtyard and places to relax. The staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful and sweet.

HERMOSO HOTEL EN SAN CRISTOBAL
Pros:

Todo estuvo excelente! El personal son excelente personas, buscaban todo el tiempo ser amables y generarnos una gran experiencia. El lugar es muy bonito, las habitaciones, la comida, todo estuvo muy bien.

Cons:

Solo diría que se vayan bien abrigados, las habitaciones no cuentan con calefacción ni aislamiento y aunque tienen ropa de cama caliente, el piso es muy frío. Pero todo lo demás estuvo muy bien, ¡gracias!
