Garagem ruim; carrinho indisponível; elevador lento; piscina fechada por ter um casamento. Os hóspedes não têm nada com isso. Dificuldade no atendimento por equipe do sábado à tarde por um evento. O hotel se perdeu por esse evento, deixou os hóspedes e serviços de lado.
