Me senti constrangido, pois reservei para mim, minha esposa e minha filha de 14 anos ( qual apareceu como criança na reserva). Quem nos atendeu deu a entender que estava errado pois minha filha não era criança. Não gostei do atendimento, já é a terceira vez que ficamos nesse hotel, mas dessa vez foi muito desagradável!!!
