Dezamăgitor, nu recomand!
Pros:

Personalul OK, micul dejun bun

Cons:

Camerele pline de mucegai , spațiul foarte mic, nu am avut nici măcar frigider în cameră.

Забронировали номер в этой гостинице. По фото на сайте все было хорошо.
Разместились ночью. Когда показали номер, он был в ужасном состоянии…. В номере был запах канализации, который никак не выветривался. Состояние сан.узла в ужасном состоянии.
На след.утро пошли к администратору, рассказали что и как, после жалобы они начали искать другой. В течении часа дали другой номер в другом здании. Новый номер был гораздо лучше. Но впечатление после первого номера никак не забыть….

Pros:

The location is excellent. The Blue Mosque and the city center is within a short walk and there were many restaurants nearby. The front desk was very supportive. I liked my room.

Cons:

Unfortunately, after showering the water pooled in the tray, so I had to stand in it and it still stayed till morning. The toliet was leaking. The view from the window was depressing.

Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The service was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We were also very pleased with the hotel's location, which was perfect for exploring Istanbul.

Foarte foarte buna!!!!
Pros:

Locatie buna aproape de obiectivele turistice, personal foarte primitor si gata sa ajute in orice moment.Yakup Arik receptionerul un om extraordinar care e de ajutor pentru orice tip de sejur fie cu vaporul sau masin. Cu siguranta revenim!!!

Cons:

номер не соответствовал картинкам на сайте, персонал был грубый, когда я обьяснила все предложили на выбор 3 номера, в первом кровать маленькая и сама квадратура маленькая, во втором окна выходят на крышу рядом стоящего здания, где все залита какашками птиц, и запах от этого, в третьем номере воняла туалет и ванная. Когда обьяснила все администратору, как выяснилось потом он является и владельцем, он сказал чтоб я отменила и у меня спишут штраф, после долгих споров и доказываний, что это их ошибка он отменил бронь без штрафа

hotel ben posizionato, colazione super ,un poco trascurato, difficile dormire ,impossibile lavarsi
Pros:

posizione, vicina alle moschee, colazione di ottimo livello, personale addetto alla colazione molto disponibile

Cons:

su 5 giorni di pernottamento, 3 giorni non funzionava l'acqua calda anche se segnalato alla accettazione, il personale in questo lato dell'hotel non è presente durante la notte ,e quindi c'è confusione sino a notte inoltrata, gente che sposta mobili e che corre su e giù dalle scale senza controllo.
