Pros:

Location is great, you're right behind main street and can walk everywhere, you don't need the car in town. Room was gigantic. The hotel covers parking in the street, which is a nice gesture.

Cons:

Room is right by reception. It's a small house converted so understandable, but I would expect a bit more sound proofing.

Beautifully maintained property close to everything in Nelson. Amazing amazing coffee right next door at Oso Negro!

Cons:

No complaints!
I would say for folks with mobility issues—stairs are steep and it is uphill to get to the property.

Pros:

This is a beautiful small hotel with a great classic charm, situated right in the center of town. The front desk staff was very friendly. While the room was on the smaller side, it was well-equipped and provided all the necessities. Having breakfast in either the front garden or on the nice back terrace was a highlight of our stay.

A lovely historical property in great condition and a perfect location.
Pros:

We liked the character and ambience. Great location and very clean . Our suite was very spacious, and comfortable.

Cons:

3 parking spaces seemed a bit few for a hotel but they did cover costs for metered parking so it was ok for us. The Folgers and Tim’s coffee pods really are bad coffee but around the corner is Osso Negro coffee shop which was great.
