Un hôtel de passage convient bien
Pros:

- le prix est plus bas que la moyenne car l'hôtel est excentré, il faut marcher 15-20 min pour rejoindre le lac
- tout le nécessaire y est même pour une arrivée tardive, pas besoin de faire les courses
- literie confortable
- check-in tardif possible

Cons:

- l'hôtel est vieillissant, il ne faut pas regarder les finitions de la salle de bain et les détails
- le petit-déjeuner est de moyenne qualité
- le personnel ne parle pas anglais
- climatisation bruyante et insonorisation
- pas de fenêtre dans la chambre

Ngay mặt tiền ở phố nên đi lại đều tiện .

Cons:

Phòng bé tẹo bí bách . Lúc đầu nhân viên dẫn tôi vào phòng 1 giường m6 và 1m2 cho 4 nguoi (2 tre em va 2 ng lon).Vì điều hoà hỏng nên cho lên phòng khác thì giường to hơn . Câu hỏi ở đây là ?. Họ cố tình sắp vậy để khách thấy trật và lại mất thêm tiền đổi phòng khác ?.
Tôi đã nghĩ hệ thống khách sạn a25 sạch cho đến khi tôi vào 1 khách sạn a25 k book qua booking mà vào do đêm rồi. Cống bị tắc và mùi hôi của cống rất khó chịu. Sau đó tôi đổi sang a25 ở hàng bún thì gặp điều hoà hỏng. Chuyển phòng khác thì kéo 2 giường lại với nhau thì thấy bông ngoáy tai và bụi ở gầm giường .. giá phòng quá cao so với sự cạnh tranh bây giờ. Do quá vội nên cũng ko viết phản ánh lại .
Tôi được khuyến mại tăng hạng do Booking tặng. Có đến a25 phố huế nhưng nhân viên phòng báo ko có phòng và sau đó đóng phòng được khuyến mại lại và dẫn tôi lên phòng giá rẻ hơn .. nhưng đó là sai lầm của nhân viên. Vì khi khách được Booking khuyến mại và tăng hạng tức là họ đi quá nhiều và tỉ lệ quay lại sẽ cao hơn. Giảm giá hnay để giữ khách cho tương lai hay được giới thiệu tiếp sẽ tốt hơn?. Hay từ chối nhận khách và mất luôn tiền phòng cho 2 đêm nếu hôm đó không có khách khác book phòng?. Và nhận lại là mất 1 khách quen . Vì chính tôi cũng hay vào các a25 ở khi có chuyến du lịch về vn ..
