Pros:

Super sødt personale, velkomstgaver og så søde mennesker!
Vi ankom tidligere og fik en tidligere check in da vi ankom med vores baby med jetlag.
Dog var værelset ikke i så god stand og bruseren kom det næsten intet vand ud og vi fandt bare ud af at beliggenheden ikke var så god.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at A25 Hotel – 32 An Duong. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location near West Lake — I’d definitely come back!

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, tươm tất. Trong phòng đã có đủ mọi thứ, chỉ thua cái nhà mình mỗi cái sổ hồng thoi. Nhân viên hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình tận tâm, quan tâm mình lắm luôn. Lần đầu mình ở đây mà trải nghiệm tuyệt vời ngoài mong đợi của mình mà giá cả thì quá hợp lý. Lần tới mình sẽ ghé lại ở nữa.

Not very comfortable. Sales staff is not helpfull when we book room via booking website.

Good hotel system and best receptionist staff
Pros:

Near hospital and frendly staff. I must come earler 1 night and reception very helpful to support me change date to stay

Good but not great
Pros:

An ok hotel, but not great. I chose hotel specially for the gym. The gym had a few weights and one elliptical machine. The machine was broken, so the gym was not open. The staff did not know when or whether it would be open.
Also, way off the beaten track. Far from old quarter. Only one of many "A-25Hotel" locations in Hanoi. Created some real problems when I engaged Uber to take me to "A-25 hotel." Took me to wrong one and driver insisted it was what I had ordered. Had to get another ride to correct hotel. Real pain. Meditation st to f staff did not speak English, so communication was difficult.
