Khách sạn khá phù hợp đi công tác tại Hà Nội
Pros:

Khách sạn có view thằng ra hồ rất mát mẻ , buổi tối đi dạo rất thư thái. Ngoài ra mình thấy giá cũng ổn, phù hợp với giá tiền

Acceptable for work around, not satisfied to come back again.
Pros:

Large room with large balcony, strong wifi, clean

Cons:

No elavator directly to the room at 6th floor, it took long staircase (not very good design) from 4th floor to the room. Staff is almost unvailable to help in the evening. Poor breakfast

Pros:

Tôi đặt phòng qua mạng, lúc tôi nhận phòng là 11 giờ đêm, phòng 602 ngày 16/3, phòng ko có điều khiển điều hòa nên tôi phải mở cửa số suốt đêm(tôi có gọi cho lễ tân, lên tìm một hồi ko có rồi đi luôn). 12h 18 phút trưa hôm sau trả phòng, lễ tân tính thêm tôi 50.000đ vì trả trễ 3 phút, tôi thấy vậy là ko hợp lý, vì tôi đã nhận phòng trễ, mà khi check out trễ có 3 phút mà tính vậy thì sao tôi có thể đến lần nữa chưa kể ko có điều khiển điều hòa. Tôi mới gọi quản lý, sau khi tranh luận thì họ cũng trả lại tiền, nhưng để lại cho tôi ấn tượng ko tốt
