Overall nice hotel. Satisfied with the service and location.
Pros:

The location was great. Close to all amenities and night market. The room was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The air conditioner seemed to be faulty with temperatures fluctuating every time. Also the aircon is just above our head when sleeping. The hotel also lacks a microwave to reheat food at lunch and dinner. The breakfast did not comprise many options as well.

Pros:

I really appreciated the night-shift staff lady, who was very nice and helpful even though she was alone and had a lot to handle. The hotel also refunded 100% of the second night and 50% of the first night, which I felt was fair since we had used some water and towels.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The room had a noticeable mold problem, including mold starting to appear on the ceiling. The telephone disconnected several times, and we had to reconnect it to call the receptionist. The TV remote also did not work properly.
My husband was already experiencing flu symptoms while traveling in Southeast Asia, and unfortunately, the moldy room made his coughing worse. Since all the other rooms were fully booked, we decided to leave that night and book another hotel.
