El personal sin dudas fue lo peor, 0 amabilidad
Mandé ropa a lavar, me dijeron un costo y me cobraron otro, además no me dieron la mitad de la ropa, me la terminaron enviando por encomienda a Hanoi con mala gana y teniendo que pagarla yo
Además mandé a lavar zapatillas, me dijeron un precio y me terminaron cobrando otro
Para cerrar, nos ofrecieron tours y al no aceptar se enojaron
No recomiendo, a veces lo barato sale caro

Deux nuits dans un hôtel confortable avec un bon petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le mobilier et la literie sont au top. Belle adresse a Sapa.

Sehr freundlich, sauber, gute Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, das Bad auch. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Lage zwischen Zentrum und Busbahnhof war für uns ideal.
Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich. Wir kamen um 1 Uhr nachts mit einem Bus an, was überhaupt kein Problem war, alles lag bereit. Und wir konnten am späten Nachmittag nach einer warmen Trekkingtour noch duschen vor der Abfahrt nach Lao Cai zum Nachtzug. Die Fahrt nach Lao Cai im Kleinbus, die auch der Besitzer organisiert hat, hat gut funktioniert.
