Pros:

Great owner! You can rent a scooter from him for a good price and he gave me some nice pointers on what to visit on a scooter around Sapa.

Super Aufenthalt in Sapa

Super netter Besitzer, der uns auch nachts empfangen hat. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geräumig und die Betten bequem :)

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Property was very close to the Bus station, Lake and restaurants. Breakfast was decent. Front desk team guided us with tours and helped us with competitive rates. Overall a pleasant experience.

Cons:

Purtroppo ci sono lavori davanti all’hotel ed è molto rumoroso. Quasi impossibile entrare in struttura perché la Strada è inesistente. Si cammina in un cantiere. Questo non è stato tenuto in considerazione al momento del pagamento. Troppo costoso con questi disagi.
Il bagno perennemente umido.

24 uurs receptie, schone kamer, goede douche. Goed ontbijt met keuze uit verschillende sets. 10 minuutjes lopen naar centrum. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Trekking geboekt en scooter gehuurd via hotel. Eigenaar was ook behulpzaam met boeken van busticket. Contact via whatsapp. Kopje thee is de hele dag beschikbaar. Goede sfeer en oh ja niet onbelangrijk: een zeer redelijke prijs. Kon zonder probleem 2 nachten extra boeken, rechtstreeks bij hotel

Très bel établissement à l’intérieur avec un espace pour petit déjeuner en bas

La propreté, l’état des chambres, rapport qualité prix, petit déjeuner copieux avec 7 choix possibles , gentillesse du gérant, possibilité d’organiser toutes les activités aux alentours ainsi que les transports, il loue même des scooters

Perfect location, comfy room and excellent staff!
Pros:

Staff were excellent, very friendly, gave us free bottles of water each day and also a free room upgrade.

Location is perfect for travellers, very central and only a 5 minute walk to the bus station. Very accessible to lots of nice coffee shops, restaurants etc

Would definitely stay again!

Pros:

Nous avons pu faire le checking plus tard que prévu (19h) avec petit thé offert en arrivant. Nous avons été surclassé par erreur je pense par la gérante (le gérant nous l'a dit le lendemain).
Petit déjeuner excellent. Chambre spacieuse.
Gérant très gentil et souriant.
Un peu frais dans la chambre.

Cons:

Vis à vis important vers la rue si l'on ne met pas les rideaux.

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans un quartier agréable et pas bruyant.Le personnel est sympathique, attentionné et discret.Le manager est aux petits soins pour sa clientèle et donne de bonnes informations sur les activités payantes ou pas.Nous avons apprécié l'endroit pour son calme et ses petits déjeuners copieux et inclus dans le prix de la chambre.On peut faire laver son linge,faire des réservations pour des bus ou des excursions.Pour nous tout était parfait

Helpful staff. Liue is very kind and easy to approach. He made our stay really comfortable and enjoyed our three days stay in Sapa! If ever I go back again to do some trekking I will def stay there again.
