Pros:

Good location, lovely staff.

Cons:

We had the cheapest room, but it was sub standard. No view, humid and a bit smelly.

Personnel hyper serviable et hôtel très sympa
Pros:

Le propriétaire de l’hôtel est un amour ! Très serviable et prêt à aider en toutes circonstances, nous avons même eu le droit à un surclassement gratuit sans rien demander. Franchement top :)

Cons:

Dans les salle de bains de Sapa en général il est assez régulier de trouver un peu de moisissure. Je n’en tiens pas rigueur à l’hôtel car pour avoir dormi dans plusieurs endroits c’est un problème régulier dans la région

The location is great. The staff are very generous and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are decent. Overall, a good experience and the hotel is good for a short stay.

Cons:

The building itself and some of the amenities like bathroom are outdated and in need of some upgrades. The breakfast is good, but could be improved with more options and bigger portions.

Bonne adresse au prix raisonnable.

Super emplacement à 2 pas des resto, marcher, lac.
Personnel très avenant, très accordant.
PDJ correct et copieux.
Je recommande.

Cons:

Зайдя в глубь отеля поразил ужасный запах, который в номере был ещё сильнее чем в коридоре. Постель была в пятнах. Освещение очень тусклое. Мы решили отменить бронирование и владелец потребовал комиссию за отмену бронирования в размере стоимости номера за одну ночь (хотя букинг не предусматривал такую комиссию и говорил что отмена полностью бесплатна. Владелец вернул полностью нашу оплату но с очень недовольным и нервным видом.

Great little find
Pros:

Fantastic welcome and we able to give us an earlier check-in (great as arrived early in morning). Breakfasts were delicious and room very spacious. Arranged transfer back to train station at extremely reasonable rate and allowed us to rest and charge phones while waiting late in the afternoon. Even offered us tea while waiting for van. They also rent scooters. Highly recommend hotel and happily stay again next visit.

Amazing stay
Pros:

We loved our stay here. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond and made our experience. Room was clean spacious and had AC and hot water. Breakfast was delicious.

El personal sin dudas fue lo peor, 0 amabilidad
Mandé ropa a lavar, me dijeron un costo y me cobraron otro, además no me dieron la mitad de la ropa, me la terminaron enviando por encomienda a Hanoi con mala gana y teniendo que pagarla yo
Además mandé a lavar zapatillas, me dijeron un precio y me terminaron cobrando otro
Para cerrar, nos ofrecieron tours y al no aceptar se enojaron
No recomiendo, a veces lo barato sale caro
