We never felt welcomed in the hotel. The manager is rude.

The location of the hotel is near tourist spots

Cons:

The manager was rude. The breakfast was advertised as buffet but they served plated breakfast only. The ac in the rooms were automatically switch off in the middle of the night.

No windows is always weird for Europeans but it was not a surprise - visible on the pictures

Udany pobyt w Sa Pa
Pros:

Bardzo miła i uczynna obsługa. Śniadania proste, ale wystarczające. Dostaliśmy bez dopłaty pokój lepszy, niż zamówiliśmy. Było cicho, można było wypocząć. Blisko do centrum i do autobusu. Polecam.
