Расположение не плохое. Все близко.

Cons:

Убитые номера. Полотенца не менялись наверное с самого открытия отеля. Тараканы и муравьи.

Very Good
Pros:

We had the seaview room. The room itself was really good, nothing to really fault. Aircon, nice bathroom with provided toiletries. Water every day. One of the nicest places we stayed on our trip. The block opposite had the sunbeds on the roof which we used for a couple of mornings to save going to the beach for the whole day. Restaurant on the opposite corner was good and we lunched their every day before hitting the overly busy beach.

Cons:

There was nothing wrong with the accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised.

Pros:

Location vicino alla spiaggia di Kata, personale gentile, ottima pulizia.

Cons:

L' immobile dove si trova l' hotel è in cima ad una breve salita di cemento e non sembra un hotel in quanto la reception è una stanzetta modesta con ciabatte sparse fuori e teli bagno ad asciugare su una staccionata; il tutto crea una atmosfera piuttosto desolante che svilisce il livello della struttura che come camere e pulizia non è male; rapporto qualità prezzo non ottimale.

Pros:

The rooftop is nice to relax in the evenings.with friends and you can bring up your own drinks and snacks. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Great location as it is very close to the beaches and shopping. They have beach towels if you need.

It was a good value for the money but if I were to return, I would most likely stay elsewhere.
Pros:

The location is very nice so close to everything. The room was clean and the area was quiet except for the usual traffic noise

Cons:

You have to walk past helps of beach trash bags and other waste to access the beach through the alley across the street. It wasn't a major turn off but it would be nice of they had a different option for trash collection. Space is at a premium there, and this is an example of where else would it go I suppose.
