Sea is full to the brim
Pros:

Very comfortable, clean and friendly staff.

Cons:

The location was not good for us. Kata beach is good but it’s a Russian Benidorm. If that’s your vibe you’ll love it. Lots of resorts around so everywhere is dead. Sea is full to the brim with people though

On n'a pas aimé, a part l'emplacement cet hotel n'est pas agréable

L'hotel est bien placé à deux min à pied de la plage

Cons:

extrêmement chaud dans le chambres, la clim fonctionne uniquement quand on est dans la chambre, du coup ce met beaucoup de temps pour refroidir. Il ya une ouverture dans la salle d'eau qui fait que cette piece reste tres chaude
L'hotel se situe en haut du coté trés pentue, tres peu pratique avec les valises
quasiment impossible de se garer devant l'hotel

Perfect
Pros:

We loved everything about this property, the location, the cleanliness, the host, it is close to everything, restaurants, stores, 7/11. Kata beach is right across the street, you need less then a minute to the beach and Kata Noi beach is also really close, 10-15 minutes from the hotel. There is a 7/11 store 2 minutes from the Hotel and so many restaurants you can choose from. The host is so lovely and she’s always there if you need anything. Everyone working in the hotel made our stay even better, everything you need will be done in a couple of minutes, they are all excellent. The rooms are perfectly clean and they smell amazing just like the whole hotel. You could walk barefoot through the hotel that’s how clean it was. We are coming back here for sure and i would recommend everyone to stay in this hotel because your stay will be perfect and it will make your holiday even more better!

Cons:

There is not a single thing we didn’t like, everything was perfect.
