The restaurant farmaish food is 10/10.loved our stay with family and location is convenient for shopping ..you can take rickshaw ride outside and go around Surat .

We had a good stay with family ..food in the restaurant is 10/10 and the guy from the reception which carried our suitcases is so informative..the distance to your shopping destinations is quite convenient and easy especially you can visit by the rickshaw outside the hotel ..

Pros:

The location is very central as advertised. Good value for money.

Cons:

First night the AC didn't work at all and we had to be shifted to a new room the next day.

The manager was very rude. The hotel says they accept international cards but they don't. This is a common problem in India due to additional charge, so I had asked and they said yes. The staff were apologetic but then they called the manager who kept gaslighting and shouting at us. Finally one of my colleagues could pay with a domestic card. It was embarrassing and strongly recommended to avoid this hotel.

The staff were very nice. The little extra complimentary touch was nice in the room
Pros:

food was excellent and breakfast was very good and the service for free Taxi was very good.

Cons:

Rooms very small beds were very low and the bathroom was cramped. No ironing no hairdryer no safe. And not very hygiene.

From the location to cleanliness and a cordial staff. The most important anywhere are the services which was very good here.

Best hotel to stay in, nearest to Surat station, best food. Hotel car for pickup and drop as a complimentary. The staff are well trained and ready to help all the time. Value for money.

Прекрасный отель с комфортным проживанием.
Pros:

Отель шикарный, обслуживание на высоте, номер небольшой, но чистый и современный. При отеле есть ресторан, где подают очень вкусную еду по приемлемым ценам. Завтраки очень разнообразные. Персонал отеля очень вежливый и доброжелательный. Я была в Индии девять раз и это самый лучший отель за все время .

Cons:

Мне бы хотелось москит сетку на окно.
