Pros:

The staff was exceptional for the booking, the stay and the checkout. We were upgraded for free and breakfast was brought to our room. It was a lovely touch! Our only displeasure was we did not stay longer!!!!
Easy access to trains , food and shopping!
Absolutely recommend this hotel to stay at!

Cons:

An elevator would have been great, but we managed without it.

Pros:

Super mooi, heerlijke bedden.
Alles is schoon en heeft een luxe uitstraling.
In de ochtend werd er een lekker ontbijt gebracht.

Goede locatie

Cons:

Helaas had de airco het begeven door de hitte. Misschien moeten ze boven op het dak maatregelen treffen om de airco unit te beschermen tegen de hele hete dagen zoals nu. Een afdak, wit schilderen/vergroenen en de condensator controleren. Ook helpt het om de functie ontvochten aan te zetten omdat vocht de hitte nog klammer maakt.

A Charming Stay in Den Bosch ✨
Pros:

A charming and elegant suite with beautifully given named to rooms that add a unique touch to the experience. The property is located just a few steps from the train station and the city center, with everything you need nearby.

The room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

Most importantly, I would like to thank the guest manager. He was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. His kindness, responsiveness, and outstanding hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate his excellent service and would like to thank him for his courteous and respectful treatment during our entire stay.

Cons:

The only minor drawback is that the building does not have an elevator, which may be slightly inconvenient for guests with a lot of luggage. That said, the wonderful hospitality made all the difference. The team was incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us carry our suitcases, for which we are very grateful. Their support and friendliness truly enhanced our stay.

Pros:

Fantastic location—only a 3-minute walk from the train station, 1 minute from a supermarket, and 10 minutes from the main tourist attractions. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
