Уютный, просторный, красивый отель, с отличным расположением. Достаточно взять ручную кладь, т.к. отель оснащен полностью всеми необходимыми удобствами, что дает абсолютное ощущение комфорта. В номерах очень чисто, клинниг держит порядок в номерах на полном контроле. Кроме стандартных наборов чаев и воды, в номерах есть капсульная кофемашина, что для кофеманов как я - просто удовольствие. Завтраки удовлетворят даже самого заядлого гурмана! Очень вкусно! Если театр начинается с вешалки, то отель начинается с ресепшен! Какие на ресепшне компетентные сотрудники (причем все без исключения!!!), совершенно знающие свое дело – приветливые, коммуникабельные, эрудированные, ни на секунду не упускающие из вида гостя! Супер! Вообще персонал Hyatt Regensy Tashkent просто волшебные люди, внимательны даже к мелочам, заботливы, всегда спешащие помочь в любом вопросе!, уверенна отелю ооочень повезло с ними. И это относится ко всему персоналу – лобби, ресторан, ресепшен, бар-террасса, клининг и т.д.. Клиенториентированность на высшем уровне! Отдельно хочу поблагодарить - Рисолат ресторан, Улугбек team leader, Нурлан лобби, Мухаммад и Динора лобби бар, Одильбек ресепшен (на ресепшен все супер!) спасибо Вам, не без вашего участия наш отдых получился прекрасным.
Однозначно рекомендую!!!
